Getting Bond and Isola to the cable car in the Wave of the Future mission requires more than just sneaking past guards. Both characters need ID Bracelets as disguises, and tracking down each one involves a different set of distractions, gadgets, and one very satisfying door kick. This guide covers exactly where to find each bracelet and how to complete the Knock Knock Challenge along the way in 007 First Light.
How to get Isola's ID Bracelet
After your conversation with Isola, head into the lobby via the stairs and take the first left to reach the Lounge. A woman is asleep in a chair inside, and she's carrying the bracelet you need for Isola.
The problem is two NPCs in the room who will spot you if you're not careful. Each corner of the Lounge has a hackable device, either a laptop or a tablet. Interact with each one to distract the NPCs, or use the Q-Watch to hack them remotely without getting close. Once both guards are occupied, move in and pickpocket the ID Bracelet from the sleeping woman before either NPC turns back around.
Hack one device at a time and pickpocket immediately after the second distraction lands. Waiting too long gives the first NPC time to return to their patrol.

How to get Bond's ID Bracelet and unlock the Knock Knock Challenge
This one takes more steps, but it also nets you the Knock Knock Challenge, so it's worth doing cleanly.
Step 1: Find the HR Manager
Continue past the reception desk. Outside the restroom, you can eavesdrop on the HR Manager. Let him finish his conversation, then use the Q-Watch to hack his phone. Follow him as he moves toward the helipad outside, but the hack will cut out before you get what you need. You'll have to pickpocket his phone the old-fashioned way once the opportunity presents itself.
Step 2: Get the lighter and start a fire
Near the helicopter on the helipad, there's a lighter sitting on a bench. Pick it up. Head back to the reception desk and vault over the surface on the left side, dropping into the tall grass. Follow the grass to the left until you reach a trash can. Interact with it to set it on fire using the lighter.

Step 3: Pickpocket the HR Phone
The fire draws the HR Manager over to investigate, but a woman nearby is watching him directly. Use the Q-Watch to hack the laptop on the right side of the area. With both NPCs now distracted, you have a clean window to pickpocket the HR Phone. Checking it reveals that Somerset is in the restroom to the right.
Don't try to pickpocket the HR Manager before hacking the laptop. The woman watching him will flag the interaction and blow your cover.
Step 4: Kick in the door and complete the Knock Knock Challenge
Head to the restroom and speak with Somerset through the closed door. The actual dialogue choice doesn't matter here; you just need to trigger the conversation. Once that's done, approach the door and press Square on PlayStation or X on Xbox to kick it in. This knocks out Somerset, hands you the ID Bracelet, and completes the Knock Knock Challenge in one move.
