The chaos cubes are the centerpiece of the "Path of the Voyager" quest, which tasks players with finding 70 cubes total to trace the Dark Voyager's route across the island. Right now, 40 are live in-game, spread across eight major points of interest. Each cluster contains exactly five cubes, and the XP reward for tracking them all down is substantial enough that the community has been hunting them hard since the season launched.
Here's the thing: the cubes aren't invisible. Get close enough and you'll hear a loud humming sound, plus an exclamation point indicator pops up on screen. You can grab them by running through them or hitting the interact prompt. The challenge isn't detection, it's knowing which corners, rooftops, and hidden rooms to check in the first place.
The Eight POIs Hiding Cubes Right Now
The cubes are distributed across Wonkeeland, Latte Landing, Painted Palms, Dark Dominion, Fore Fields, Humble Hills, Sus Studios, and Battlewood Boulevard. Each location has its own logic for where the cubes are tucked away, and a few of them require some light environmental interaction to actually reach.
At Wonkeeland, one cube sits in a box on the second floor of a dockside building at the northwestern tip of the island, while another floats above the iconic Wonkeeland statue near the theme park entrance. A third is buried inside a bush next to a small building, which is exactly the kind of placement that makes players feel both frustrated and impressed.
Latte Landing keeps things interesting with a cube sitting on a half-submerged boat in the northeastern corner, another tucked on the third floor of the Bun Voyage building, and one hidden inside a blue tent at the southern point. Painted Palms goes a step further, stashing one inside the Durrr Burger food truck (you can destroy the truck itself to grab it) and another inside a plant's mouth near a crashlanded airship.

Dark Dominion's Underground Cube Is the Trickiest One
Dark Dominion has arguably the most involved cube to collect. One is located on a pillar underground, directly beneath the Zero Point Shard at the center of the POI. Players need to break the glass covering and drop down to reach it. Another is inside a small black building to the northeast where you'll need to break the western glass panel to get inside. The remaining three are spread through the surrounding vineyard area, including one on a grill and one inside a bathtub.

Fore Fields scatters its cubes across a golf-themed landscape, with one perched on top of a flag on a small island and another hidden inside a red cooler that you need to break open. Humble Hills places one on the Peely statue inside the northwestern building and another on the back of the letter "A" in the Battlewood sign.
Sus Studios and Battlewood Boulevard Round Out the Hunt
Sus Studios leans into its film lot theme, hiding a cube on the scaffolding above the sets in Stage 1 and another underneath the arm of a construction vehicle on the sandy bridge east of the studios. The Cosmic Durrr Burger northeast of the POI holds one as well.
Battlewood Boulevard closes out the current roster with a cube beside a film projector on the second floor of the Golden Reel movie theater, one on top of a rock climbing wall, and another sitting in a kiddie pool near a bridge in the center of the area.
