The second week of Forza Horizon 6's Welcome to Japan series is live, and the map has shifted into Autumn. New challenges, new car rewards, and a fresh set of daily unlocks are all waiting. The series runs four weeks total, starting May 21 and wrapping June 18, so the clock is ticking on everything here.
What cars can you earn this season?
The Welcome to Japan series tracks cumulative points across all four weeks. Two cars sit at the top of the overall series rewards, and both are worth grinding for.

Daily challenge unlock schedule
Beyond the series rewards, the Autumn season itself has two dedicated car unlocks tied to seasonal points:
The Skyline GT-R V-Spec alone is worth showing up for. Fifteen points is an achievable target even if you only knock out a handful of challenges.
What are the Autumn daily challenges?
Daily challenges drop every morning at 10:30 a.m. EDT, but they stay active until the season ends. That means you can stack them rather than rushing to finish each one the day it releases. Here's the full Autumn schedule:
Each daily challenge is worth 1 festival point and 5,000 credits. Seven challenges total means 7 points just from dailies, which puts the 15-point Skyline within easy reach.
Drop the Beat requires the specific 1991 Honda Beat. If you don't own one, grab it before June 2 so you're not scrambling on the day.
How does the weekly challenge work?
This week's multi-step challenge centers on the 1989 Nissan Silvia K's. You need to own the car before you can start, and the four steps must be completed in order. Finishing all four nets you a Super Wheelspin and 5 festival points.
Here's the step sequence:
- Own and drive the 1989 Nissan Silvia K's
- Earn 3 stars at Drift Zones in the 1989 Nissan Silvia K's
- Win a Road Race in the 1989 Nissan Silvia K's
- Complete 2 runs at the Festival Kilometre Drag Meet in the 1989 Nissan Silvia K's
The Silvia K's is a natural fit for the drift zone step given its rear-wheel-drive setup. After running a few drift zones to nail the stars, the road race and drag strip steps follow quickly.

Series reward cars overview
What seasonal events and championships are available?
Seasonal events carry the heaviest point values and the best car rewards. Each has specific car class and category restrictions, and entering outside those restrictions means no points and no reward.
The three seasonal championships each reward a unique car on top of the 5 points. The 1993 Schuppan 962CR from Trail Mix is the standout here. The Tokyo City Food Delivery seasonal job hands over a 1987 Nissan Be-1 for 3 points, and it has no class restriction, so it's one of the easier pickups on the list.
The three Japan-restricted events (Highway Jump, Forest Straight, On Par) require a B (600) class car from Japan. Check your garage before heading in or you'll waste a run.
What about the photo challenge, treasure hunt, and online events?
The photo challenge this week asks you to take a photo at the Tokyo Tower. It's worth 2 festival points and rewards the "Oooh... shiny!" quick chat. Quick to complete, easy points.
The treasure hunt is located in the Minamino region and pays out 100,000 credits plus 3 festival points on completion.
For online play, the Mazda of the Mountain Touge Showdown asks you to complete a Touge Showdown Championship in any Mazda. Finish it and you'll walk away with a 2020 Lamborghini Huracán EVO and 3 points. That's a serious car for a single online event.
The Soni Circuit Monthly Rivals event rounds things out. Post a clean lap to earn a Super Wheelspin and 4 points. You only need to beat the rival's time once, so don't stress about chasing the leaderboard top.
How many points can you earn this season?
Adding up every available activity gives a clear picture of what's achievable in Autumn:
- Daily challenges: 7 points
- Weekly challenge: 5 points
- Photo challenge: 2 points
- Treasure hunt: 3 points
- Seasonal championships (x3): 15 points
- Japan events (x3): 6 points
- Seasonal job: 3 points
- Online challenge: 3 points
- Monthly rivals: 4 points
That's a potential 48 points from Autumn alone. Combined with points from other seasons, the 120-point threshold for the 2010 Nissan 370Z is very achievable across the four-week run.
