Starting the Sparkling Skylands Questline
The questline kicks off when you head up the lift alongside Professor Tangrowth. From there, the opening steps unfold in a clear sequence:
- Talk to Rookidee.
- Build the Hydrated pink tall grass habitat to attract Froakie.
- Talk to Froakie, then build the Waterside dinghy habitat to attract Dragonite.

- Place the lift at the location Tinkamaster marks.
