Angstrom Levy is officially coming to Invincible VS. Quarter Up's Season 1 trailer dropped at EVO 2026 this weekend, and the dimension-hopping villain got his moment at the very end, teased as the game's third DLC character with a fall release window.
The reveal was a long time coming. Levy has been one of Mark Grayson's most dangerous enemies across both the Robert Kirkman comics and the Prime Video series, and the community had been asking about him since before the game even launched in April. Now it's official: he's coming, he'll be playable at Evo France (Oct. 9-11) for the first time, and a broader release follows this fall.
What the Season 1 trailer actually showed
Angstrom Levy was the headline, but the trailer was packed. Season 1 kicks off June 30, and the first two DLC fighters are already locked in: The Immortal and Universa. Both were announced earlier this year, and both look ready. The Immortal plays like a faster, combo-heavy version of Omni-Man. Universa is built for players who like keeping distance, and her Staff of Leadership has a move that drains an opponent's boost meter, which is going to make her annoying to fight in the best possible way.
The new Endless Ladder mode also arrives with Season 1, giving competitive players a reason to grind beyond the standard ranked experience. New profile customization options are in too, though specifics on those are still thin.

Universa joins Season 1 roster
A skin list that covers almost everyone
Here's the thing: the skin reveals might actually be what gets the most attention from the existing playerbase. Season 1 brings both premium and free cosmetics, and the free ones are the ones fans have been loudest about.
Free skins include maskless Mark Grayson and Rex Splode without his mask, two of the most-requested cosmetics since launch. On the premium side, the Undercover Viltrumite outfits for Lucan, Thula, and Anissa finally arrive. These are the business-casual disguises from when the Viltrumite agents first arrived on Earth, and the creative team leaned into the details: Anissa gets a skirt and blazer, Lucan rocks a full suit, and Thula gets an athleisure look that fits her character.
The rest of the skin list is genuinely impressive:
- Titan gets a sleeveless hoodie and sneakers
- DupliKate receives her hidden zero uniform from her post-death return
- The Immortal is dressed as Abraham Lincoln (his original identity)
- Universa wears her GDA prison suit
- Monstergirl gets her Flaxa leotard
- Robot is in his Flaxan armor
- Cecil Stedman appears as a young agent, before his rise to GDA director
- Invincible gets a blue uniform with casts on his arms and one leg, a direct nod to a brutal storyline from both the comic and the show
That last one is a standout. The game already tears costumes during fights, so there's a real question about whether Mark's casts will break off as he takes damage. That kind of detail would be very on-brand for Quarter Up.
Why Angstrom Levy makes so much sense for this roster
The character's entire power set is built for a fighting game. Angstrom Levy can open portals to alternate dimensions, which means Quarter Up has a massive canvas to work with for his moveset. Expect dimension variants of Mark Grayson showing up in his attacks, and an ultimate that probably sends opponents somewhere they really don't want to go. The community has been theorizing about his kit for months, and the fall timeline means those theories are about to get tested.
What most players miss is that Levy's confirmation also signals where Season 2 is likely headed. Datamines earlier this year pointed to him as a fourth DLC slot candidate alongside names like Oliver and Agent Spider. His placement at the end of the Season 1 trailer, teased rather than fully revealed, suggests he bridges into whatever Quarter Up has planned next.
