Crimson Desert does technically have a female character. Khione95 also reworked Kliff's armor to fit the female body model, which matters more than it sounds. Crimson Desert's existing female characters already wear elegantly designed gear, so having Kliff's bulky plate just clipped onto a different body would have looked off immediately.
The mod currently requires Ev3n5taR's separate Kliff Female Voice download to complete the swap, giving the character softer voice lines.
