The Fortnite Showdown update is live, and Epic Games has packed Chapter 7 Season 2 with one of the more interesting battle passes in recent memory. Eight skins, a brand-new rivalry system that ties directly into which outfits you unlock, and yes, Bugs Bunny is really in the game. Here's a full breakdown of every confirmed battle pass skin and what you need to know about unlocking them.

Team Foundation or Team Ice King , The Choice Is Yours

The big structural twist this season is that the battle pass is tied to a new rivalry mechanic. Players pick a side at the start: The Foundation or The Ice King. That choice shapes how you earn credits during matches, which feed back into in-game rewards. The pass itself still functions similarly to previous seasons in terms of unlocking skins, but the added layer of team allegiance gives the whole thing a different feel.

Purchasing the pass instantly unlocks the Exalted Ice King skin. From there, most of the remaining skins can be unlocked in whatever order you prefer, with the exception of Bugs Bunny, who sits behind a level 85 gate and requires all other skins to be claimed first.

There's also a time-sensitive bonus: players who bought the pass before March 26 received an exclusive Stealth Tech Foundation outfit style along with a handful of accessories. That window has closed, but it's worth knowing it existed.

Every Battle Pass Skin in Chapter 7 Season 2

Here's the full list of all eight skins included in the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 battle pass:

What surprised me most about this roster is the sheer variety. You've got Squibbly, a fish character in a yellow rain jacket that leans fully into Fortnite's chaotic charm. Then there's Dasha, rocking oversized sweater energy and cat-ear headphones. Lady Windfrost goes full ice fantasy with a shiny jumpsuit and a long-hair silhouette. And The Foundation Reforged is still clearly Dwayne Johnson in armor, which continues to be one of the more surreal things in live-service gaming.

Elite Jules is a returning fan favorite with a fresh look, and The Order (Reforged) rounds out the lore-connected duo alongside The Foundation.

How Alternate Styles Actually Work This Season

Most skins unlock their first alternate style by claiming all page 2 rewards, which is standard. But three skins , Elite Jules, The Foundation, and The Ice King , have bonus styles that require completing dedicated quests after unlocking the base outfits. The good news is that all of these quests can be completed in regular Battle Royale modes. No Blitz, no Reload required.

Bonus styles like Violet Board Jules, Icebreaker Foundation, and Golden Exalted Ice King are the kind of cosmetics that make grinding feel worthwhile. They're distinct enough from the base looks to actually matter.

The pass also includes a sidekick, Ice Prince, which is a smaller companion cosmetic rather than a full outfit. It's a new addition to how the pass is structured this season.

What's in the Pass Beyond Skins

Three original jam tracks are included in the pass, all produced by Epic Games:

  • All Hail The King
  • Let The Cold Take Over
  • Make The Fishstick Pay

The rest of the pass is loaded with the usual assortment of pickaxes, back blings, gliders, emotes, sprays, and weapon wraps tied to each skin set. Each character has a full cosmetic suite, so completionists will have plenty to chase.

One thing worth flagging: the pass costs 800 V-Bucks this season, down from the previous 1,000. That sounds like a discount, but the cost of V-Bucks increased alongside that price change, so the real-money cost is effectively the same. You can also only earn back 800 V-Bucks from completing the pass, compared to the 1,500 that previous full passes offered. For frequent players who relied on that V-Bucks return to fund future passes, that's a meaningful shift.

Beyond the Battle Pass: The Full C7S2 Cosmetic Picture

The battle pass is only part of the new cosmetic rollout. Epic Games confirmed a total of 15 new skins across all sources in Fortnite Showdown, including item shop exclusives, a new Crew skin, and collaboration cosmetics.

Rival Hope is available through the item shop, while Sakara is the April Fortnite Crew skin, leaked early from update files. She comes with multiple alternate styles.

On the collab side, Kliff from Crimson Desert is in the game as a collaboration skin. The Looney Tunes crossover extends beyond Bugs Bunny too, with Daffy Duck and Lola Bunny confirmed as separate item shop purchases.

The Roses & Ruin cosmetic set adds Aranza, Rosalind, and Sanni, while the Brutal Defender set brings Barricade. These aren't in the battle pass but arrived alongside the Showdown update.

Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 2 runs through June 5, 2026, so there's still plenty of time to work through the pass and chase those bonus quest styles. Keep an eye on our gaming news coverage for updates as Epic continues rolling out new content through the season.
