Gods Unchained has launched Chaos Constructed, a new game mode that removes all domain restrictions and lets players build decks using cards from any domain. The card game recently spent several consecutive days trending on the Epic Games launcher.

Chaos Constructed is the first of what Gods Unchained calls Rotating Game Modes. These limited-time modes cycle in and out to keep the meta fresh, with around a dozen different rulesets planned. Early rotations will be frequent so the team can gauge which modes players prefer and bring those back more often.

Standard Gods Unchained modes like Ranked and Casual lock deck construction to a single God's domain. Chaos Constructed throws that out. You can now pull from the entire card collection, mixing domains freely while keeping the core gameplay intact. That means running all your strongest cards in one deck, regardless of which God they belong to.

The Deckbuilder has been overhauled to support these new modes. It now automatically filters cards based on the selected mode's rules, shows a clearer overview of what you're building, and offers more granular filtering options. The changes apply to both new and returning players.

Gods Unchained also rolled out a major update to its Card Destruction system earlier in June.
