Yakuza 0: Director's Cut box covers ...

The deals are stacking up today, and the headliner for Switch 2 owners is a hard one to ignore. Yakuza 0: Director's Cut has dropped to $24.99 at both Amazon and Best Buy, cutting the $49.99 launch price exactly in half. For anyone who missed Kiryu and Majima's origin story the first time around, that is a genuinely good entry point.

What the Director's Cut actually adds

The base game is already a substantial package. Set in 1988 Tokyo and Osaka, Yakuza 0 drops you into the entertainment districts of Kamurocho and Sotenbori with a dense story, multiple combat styles, and enough side content to swallow a weekend whole. The Director's Cut layers on top of that with never-before-seen cutscenes that flesh out the main cast, plus the Red Light Raid online multiplayer mode, which gives the package real replay value beyond the single-player campaign.

At $25, it sits comfortably alongside Persona 3 Reload: Launch Edition for Switch 2, which is also down to $29.99 today at Amazon. If you are building out a Switch 2 library on a budget, these two together cover a serious amount of ground.

The rest of today's notable discounts

Beyond the Switch 2 deals, a few other items are worth flagging. The Apple Watch Ultra 3 (49mm, GPS + Cellular) is down to $699.99 at Amazon, which is $100 off and the lowest price it has hit this year. The Ultra 3 launched last September with a slightly larger display, thinner bezels, improved battery life, and satellite messaging support, so this is a meaningful discount on a recent release.

The MTG Avatar: The Last Airbender Scene Box 1 - The Black Sun Invasion has hit an all-time low at $29.98 on Amazon, down from $41.99. The box includes 6 traditional foil borderless scene cards, 6 art-only display cards with a paper easel, and 3 Play Boosters. Stock on this one has been inconsistent, so if you have been watching it, now is the time.

Headsets, headphones, and a few more picks

The Sony WH-1000XM5 wireless headphones are 38% off at Amazon, landing at $248. These are consistently one of the strongest noise-canceling options on the market, with dual processors handling ambient sound and a redesigned headband for comfort over long sessions. For PC gaming or just general use, hard to argue with that price.

The JBL Quantum One gaming headset is the bigger swing, dropping 70% to $99.99 at Amazon. It normally sits at $329.95, so this is the kind of discount that does not come around often. The Quantum One features 50mm drivers, active noise cancellation, and QuantumSphere 360 positional audio with head tracking. It has been a regular fixture on best high-end headset lists, and at $100 it crosses firmly into impulse-buy territory.

ARC Raiders for PC is also worth a mention. Using the code SSF5645 at Newegg brings it down to $26.99 from $39.99. Embark Studios' extraction shooter launched last fall and took home Best Shooter Game of 2025 at the IGN Awards, so if you have been curious, this is a reasonable price to find out.
