Continue past it on the road heading away from your original direction, and Mizuki Sato Village will appear shortly.

The downside of this route is that the narrow tunnel contains powerful Hollows. If your character isn't leveled at all, expect to get slowed or poisoned.

Route 2: The fallen tree trunk (recommended for new players)

From the Sweetwater Pass spawn, go straight forward instead of turning right. Keep moving until you find a fallen tree trunk that connects to a broken staircase on your right side. Climb the trunk, take the stairs, and you'll arrive at the Giant Dragonfly's cave from a different angle. Same rule applies: don't go inside. Follow the red lanterns from there, and Mizuki Sato is right ahead.

This second route bypasses the Hollow-heavy tunnel, making it the safer option if you're still building up your character.
