The Division 2 Y8S1 Rise Up Manhunt is rolling into its second week, and the Hyenas are the target this time. Three Scout objectives stand between you and the next step of the Manhunt chain, and none of them are particularly punishing once you know where to go. Here's exactly what you need to do and the fastest way to get it done.
What are the Week 2 Scout 2 objectives?
All three tasks for this week focus on the Hyenas faction. The objectives are:
- Kill 25 Hyenas in Downtown East
- Eliminate 3 Hyena Snipers
- Complete 2 Hyena Bounties
The good news is that Downtown East is a strong location for all three, so you can knock out most of this in one concentrated session.

How to kill 25 Hyenas in Downtown East
Downtown East sits north of the Capitol building on the map. The area is packed with Hyena-controlled activities, and nearly every encounter you start there will populate with Hyena enemies. Control Points, open-world patrols, and side missions all count toward the 25 kills.
There is a known bug with this task that can prevent the kill counter from progressing as expected. If your count stalls, Destructoid's guide notes two fixes: complete any active Retaliation task to reset the counter, or swap to an alternate character and then switch back to your main. Either workaround resolves the issue.

How to eliminate 3 Hyena Snipers
Snipers do not require you to stay in Downtown East, though that zone remains a reliable spot to find them. The two best activity types for locating Hyena Snipers are Bounties and Control Points. Control Points in particular tend to spawn a handful of snipers per activity, so running two or three of them should clear this objective without much effort.
You can run this task at any difficulty. That said, Heroic and Challenging difficulties both offer better loot drops if you want to make the grind do double duty.
How to complete 2 Hyena Bounties
Bounties are accessible through the dedicated Bounty tab on the map screen. Filter or scroll to find active Hyena Bounties. Downtown East is a reliable region to find them, but they can appear elsewhere on the map as well.
The structure of a bounty is consistent: clear one or two waves of regular Hyena enemies, then take down the named boss or bounty target that spawns at the end. Finish the boss, and the bounty is complete. Do this twice, and the final Scout 2 objective is done.

Bounty difficulty does not affect whether the objective completes. Run them on Normal if you just want to finish fast, or push to Heroic for better gear rewards alongside the Scout progress.
What's the fastest route through all three objectives?
The most efficient path is to head directly to Downtown East and start Hyena Bounties there. Each bounty you run will:
- Add kills toward the 25 Hyenas count
- Potentially spawn snipers during enemy waves
- Count toward the 2 Bounties required
After finishing two bounties, check your Sniper count. If it is not at 3 yet, drop into a nearby Control Point in Downtown East to clean up the remainder. Most players finish all three objectives within a single session using this approach.
