Neverness to Everness Guide: How to Take a Photo of a Carp Banner

Neverness to Everness: Carp Banner फ़ोटो गाइड में Twin Fish Banner anomaly furniture आपके Fenglin Villa को एक passive bonus देता है जो swimming के दौरान stamina cost को कम करता है। Catch क्या है? इसे unlock करने के लिए आपको "take 1 photo of a carp banner" करना होगा, जो कि एक description है जो आपको ज़्यादा useful information नहीं देता। Carp banner असल में game world में उस नाम से नहीं है। Game का मतलब है Skyfish Banner, एक hostile anomaly जो giant koi fish की तरह दिखता है जो एक illusionary pole के चारों ओर घूम रहा है। Here's how to find it and get the shot done in under five minutes.

What is the Skyfish Banner anomaly?

The Skyfish Banner is a hostile anomaly type in NTE. Visually, it takes the form of large koi fish floating around a glowing, illusionary pole, which is why the unlock requirement refers to it as a "carp banner." The naming disconnect trips up a lot of players, but once you know the Skyfish Banner is what you're after, tracking it down is straightforward.

The anomaly cannot be pinpointed directly from the open map on its own, but the game has a built-in tracking shortcut that makes finding it simple.

How to track the Skyfish Banner automatically

Rather than wandering rooftops hoping to stumble across the anomaly, use the City Tycoon menu to set up automatic tracking:

  1. Open the City Tycoon menu and navigate to the Property tab.
  2. Select Fenglin Villa (the bottommost property in the list).
  3. In the panel on the right, find the Twin Fish Banner anomaly furniture listing.
  4. Click on the Twin Fish Banner entry to open its context menu.
  5. Click the "Take 1 photo of a carp banner (0/1)" requirement.

The game immediately drops you into the map view with the Skyfish Banner location actively marked. Follow the quest marker directly to the anomaly instead of searching manually.

How to take the photo correctly

Once you reach the Skyfish Banner, resist the urge to walk straight into it. Stay at a comfortable distance where the anomaly is visible, then follow these steps:

  1. Open your phone (not the map).
  2. Tap the camera icon in the bottom row to enter photo mode.
  3. Pan the camera until the Skyfish Banner is in frame.
  4. Press the shutter icon in the circle on the right side of the screen to take the photo.

After snapping the shot, head back to the City Tycoon menu, open Fenglin Villa, and check the Twin Fish Banner entry. If the counter now reads "Take 1 photo of a carp banner (1/1)", the unlock requirement is satisfied.

What to do if the photo isn't registering

If you're having trouble getting the shot to count, open Camera Settings (the icon in the top-left corner of photo mode) and enable "Hide Yourself." This removes your character from the frame, which can help when the anomaly is partially obscured or the angle is tight on a narrow rooftop.

How to activate the Twin Fish Banner furniture

Meeting the photo requirement alone doesn't activate the anomaly furniture. After the (1/1) counter confirms success, you need to do one more thing:

  • Travel to Fenglin Villa in person.
  • Locate the Skyfish photo frame inside the property.
  • Interact with the photo frame to activate the Twin Fish Banner anomaly furniture.

Once activated, the furniture applies its passive effect, reducing stamina consumption while swimming.

What else can you do with anomaly furniture?

The Twin Fish Banner is one of several anomaly furniture pieces tied to real-world exploration tasks in NTE. Each piece has its own unlock requirement, typically involving finding and photographing a specific anomaly type in the open world. The swim stamina reduction it provides is genuinely useful if you spend time near water, so it's worth grabbing early.
