Roblox gets a new dungeon crawler, and the first question everyone asks is the same: are there codes?
For Cursed Blade, the short answer is no. There are currently no active codes to redeem in the game, and right now there isn't even a redemption system built into it. The game launched in alpha from developer Essential RPG, and while players are already slashing through enemies and testing builds, the code infrastructure simply doesn't exist yet.
What the alpha launch looks like without codes
Most Roblox games drop a handful of codes at launch to pull in early players. Free boosts, starter cash, cosmetic items. It's practically a tradition at this point. Cursed Blade skipped that entirely, which puts it in a small but real category of Roblox experiences that either never implement codes or hold off until well after launch.
The key here is that the game is still in alpha. That means the experience players are getting right now is an early build, and Essential RPG has committed to weekly updates with new content. A code system could absolutely arrive in one of those updates. It could also never show up at all.
Essential RPG has not made any official statement about adding a code redemption feature to Cursed Blade. The weekly update schedule suggests the game is actively being developed, so the situation could change quickly.
Before vs. after: how Roblox code rollouts usually work
To put this in context, the typical pattern for a new Roblox game goes something like this: the developer drops 3 to 5 launch codes alongside the release, usually shared through their social media or Discord. Those codes expire within days or weeks, and then new ones trickle out tied to milestones like follower counts or update announcements.
Cursed Blade hasn't followed that pattern. No launch codes, no social drops, no redemption screen tucked into the settings menu. That's not necessarily a red flag for the game itself, but it does mean players hunting for a free head start are out of luck for now.
The dungeon-crawling format does lend itself well to the kind of boost codes that Roblox players expect. Extra currency to buy gear, XP multipliers for grinding levels faster, cosmetic unlocks. If Essential RPG does eventually build out a code system, those are the rewards most likely to appear.

Where to watch for code drops if they happen
The best place to catch Cursed Blade codes if they do release is the official Essential RPG social channels and the game's Roblox page directly. Developers typically announce codes through Discord servers first, followed by posts on X or in-game update notes.
For players who want to stay on top of Roblox code drops across multiple games, checking gaming guides regularly is a solid habit. The Roblox code meta moves fast, and codes that expire in 48 hours are easy to miss if you're not watching.
If Cursed Blade ends up being one of those rare games that never implements codes, it won't be the first. Some developers prefer to keep progression tied entirely to gameplay rather than giveaways. Given that the game is still in alpha and Essential RPG is actively pushing weekly updates, the situation bears watching over the next few weeks.
