Supergirl is hitting theatres right now, and Epic Games is making sure the moment lands inside Fortnite too. Milly Alcock's likeness joins the game's roster on June 26, 2026, but top players can get the skin a day early, completely free, through the Fortnite Supergirl Cup.
How the Supergirl Cup actually works
The tournament runs across Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Mobile formats. Battle Royale and Zero Build competitions are played in Duos, while the Mobile Cup uses Solo Reload settings. Every team gets up to three hours and 11 matches to rack up as many points as possible.
Ties in the standings get broken in order by Victory Royales, average eliminations, average placement, and total survival time. Match schedules and the full scoring breakdown are visible directly in-game, so you'll want to check there before you queue up.
What's actually up for grabs
The top-performing players in each region walk away with the Supergirl skin and Supergirl's Cape Back Bling before either cosmetic goes on sale. The size of the prize pool shifts by region, with Europe offering the biggest haul: up to 375 winners in both the Battle Royale and Zero Build tournaments, and 200 winners in the Mobile Cup.
Winners won't need to chase anything down manually. Epic distributes rewards in-game after the event wraps.
What the skin actually looks like
Epic has been putting real effort into celebrity likenesses lately, and the Milly Alcock Supergirl skin reflects that. The base version captures her DC appearance accurately, and there's also a variant that shows her in a beige trench coat with glasses, which is a nice nod to the Clark Kent-style civilian look.
For players who miss the Cup or just want the full package, the skin is expected to land in the Item Shop on June 26 at around 1,500 V-Bucks solo. A bundle that includes Krypto as a Sidekick, a Glider, and other cosmetics is expected to run around 2,800 V-Bucks. The civilian variant comes included whether you buy the solo skin or the full bundle.
Part of a bigger DC push in Fortnite
This isn't an isolated crossover. David Corenswet's Superman skin preceded Supergirl's arrival, and Epic has been steadily building out its DC roster across the current season. The timing lines up directly with the Supergirl film's theatrical release on June 25, making this one of the more tightly coordinated movie tie-ins the game has done.
For players who've been following Epic's recent collab run, this follows a familiar pattern of limited-time cups giving competitive players early access before the wider Item Shop drop. If you grabbed the Typical Gamer skin through a similar tournament format, you already know how these go.
The full breakdown of how to place well and exactly what point thresholds you'll need is covered in the Fortnite Supergirl skin guide, including placement requirements by region and the Item Shop pricing in full.
