Gameplay and Features
When you begin, you select your Syndicate, which gives your starting flavor and tactical theme, but you’re not locked in. You’re free to pull cards from any Syndicate and experiment with unconventional mixes. Deck construction emphasizes synergy between your character’s skill tree and your card pool. Unlike many games, The Lost Glitches does not rely solely on rigid archetypes: you’re encouraged to try new combinations and define your own style
Matches feature standard turn-based flows where you play cards (Glitches, Software, Equipment) and use energy to activate them. Important: newly played units cannot always attack immediately unless they have specific abilities. The defending player then chooses blockers; this interplay creates a tactical rhythm where timing and resource trade-offs matter.
Game Modes and Rewards
The Lost Glitches offers a competitive and rewarding experience through ranked play and seasonal leaderboards. Instead, certain collectible cards, cosmetic variants,and specialedition Glitches exist as NFTs that players can optionally own or trade. Players can acquire NFT cards through Booster Packs, available in Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers, each offering varying probabilities of obtaining exclusive or collector's cards.
The game runs on XAI, a Layer 3 network built on Arbitrum. Transactions for NFT items are gas-free, and wallet setup is optional until you decide to trade or store assets externally.
The $LOST token currently acts mainly as a currency tied to governance and ecosystem participation. It is not earned directly through ranked PvP matches in the current Open Beta. Token rewards and economic systems are being introduced gradually as the game moves closer to full launch, with the team being cautious to avoid pay-to-win incentives.
