Unlike most clearance cards that show up through the main story, the SR keycard is gated behind a specific side story. You won't stumble across it organically, and waiting for the main plot to hand it over won't work either. Here's exactly how to get it.

What is the Clearance Level SR keycard for?

The Clearance Level SR keycard unlocks a storage room in the Executive Research sector of the Oldest House's Central Executive area. Inside that room sits the Altered Subwoofer, a key item tied to the side story The Complete Set. The door exists in the world before you have any reason to open it, which is why so many players find it, try to interact with it, and then spend time searching for a keycard that hasn't been made available yet.

How to start The Complete Set side story

Before heading to the side story's location, you need the Shift ability. This traversal skill is unlocked by completing the Incursion Fault side quest. Without Shift, you simply cannot reach the area where The Complete Set begins, so finish that quest first if you haven't already.

Once you have Shift, travel to the Dense Patterning area in the northwest section of the Downtown zone. Look for a warehouse-style building in this area. Entering it causes the location to register on your map as the Auction House.

Inside, you'll find a woman standing in a trance-like state. Attempting to speak with her automatically triggers The Complete Set.

What do you do inside the Auction House?

The Complete Set gives Dylan two immediate objectives inside the Auction House:

• Capture the Altered Speaker somewhere within the building
• Collect the notes scattered near the woman in the trance

How to get the SR keycard from Langston

After leaving the Auction House, Zoe will contact Dylan and direct him to check in with Langston at the FBC Field Office in Central. This call adds the fourth objective to The Complete Set.

Travel to the FBC Field Office and speak with Langston while The Complete Set is active. He hands Dylan the Clearance Level SR keycard directly. There's no puzzle or fight involved at this stage, just a conversation that rewards the card.

Where do you use the Clearance Level SR keycard?

With the keycard in hand, fast travel to Central Executive in the Oldest House. Take the elevator down to the Executive Research sector. Once inside the room, look to the right of the open Shelter. The locked door requiring Clearance Level SR is right there.

Using the keycard opens the storage room, where Dylan finds lore files about the Altered Subwoofer along with the Subwoofer itself. Capturing it advances The Complete Set.

The storage room contains two things worth noting:
