The Acria Sword is one of Crimson Desert's strongest early-game weapons, and Pearl Abyss hid it well. There's no quest marker pointing you to it, no NPC handing it over. Getting it means breaking into Stellen Manor, cracking a musical strongbox, raiding a master bedroom wardrobe, triggering a hidden platform mechanism, and finally prying open a bookshelf to reach a secret cellar. Four distinct steps, each one gating the next. The payoff is a one-handed sword with 19 base Attack, +4 Refinement, and a Level 3 Critical Rate that punches well above what most players carry at this stage.
Where is Stellen Manor?
Stellen Manor sits northeast of Hernand Town, directly south of Pailune City. From Hernand, head north past Rocker Hills, through Hook Rapids, and continue through the Hills of No Return. Follow the river running north from that point and the manor appears at the end of the path.
Don't try the front door. Head to the north side of the manor and climb in through the second-story window. You'll land in the dining room area, and the strongbox you need is immediately to your right.

Enter via north window
How to solve the Stellen Manor Strongbox puzzle
The strongbox has two rows of keys: three on the top level and five on the bottom. The puzzle asks you to play back a specific musical sequence. If the mechanism on the box's right side is functional, interact with it to hear the jingle first. Some players report it being glitched and unplayable, but the correct sequence is fixed regardless.
Number the bottom row keys 1 through 5 from left to right. Press them in this exact order:
- 1 (far left)
- 3
- 4
- 2
- 1 (return to the first key)
- 3
- 4
After the seventh input, the strongbox unlocks. Inside is a small box containing the Stellen Manor Closet Key, which you'll need for the next stage.
How to reach the master bedroom and trigger the hidden platform
With the Closet Key in hand, leave the dining room through the door on your left. Turn right in the corridor and enter the door ahead to reach the master bedroom on the second floor.
Inside, open the wardrobe on the left using the key. Behind the wardrobe panels is a handwheel. Grab it and press the activation input (the D key on PC, or the equivalent controller button) to begin lowering a hidden platform from the ceiling. Lower it only about halfway so the surface becomes accessible.
Jump onto the lowered platform and pick up the book resting on it. Jump back down. That book is the key to everything below.
How to find the secret room and get the Acria Sword
Head downstairs with the book. Use your lantern to follow the bloodstain trail on the floor. It leads toward a bookshelf on the ground floor, with a large bloodstain visible on the wall to its right.
Inspect the bookshelf. An indicator will highlight an empty slot on the upper right side. Place the book there. The bookshelf swings open, revealing a hidden door in the back wall.
Step through into the storage room. Move behind the stacked barrels on the right side to find a ladder descending into the cellar. Head down. At the far end of the cellar, in a torch-lit chamber, the Acria Sword sits in a sword rack on the lower shelf. Walk up and take it.
The cellar sequence requires you to have already placed the book in the bookshelf. If the hidden door hasn't opened, go back upstairs and confirm the book is seated correctly in the upper right slot of the shelf.
The attack speed penalty at Level 0 is the one trade-off. For builds that prioritize burst damage and critical hits over sustained speed, the Acria Sword is hard to beat this early in the game. The two pre-filled Abyss Gear slots give you immediate room to push the critical rate further without spending resources on slotting.
