Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced has reached 2 million copies sold on its launch day, marking a significant milestone for Ubisoft's updated version of the fan-favorite pirate adventure. To celebrate the achievement, the development team has announced a package of free in-game rewards for all eligible players while also addressing several launch issues reported by the community.
Producer Justin Ng thanked players for their support, highlighting the community's enthusiasm through gameplay clips, screenshots, and social media posts following the game's release.
Ubisoft Acknowledges Launch Issues
Alongside celebrating the sales milestone, Ubisoft confirmed it has been closely monitoring player feedback since launch. According to the development team, players have helped identify several technical issues that are already being investigated.
Among the reported problems are:
- Localization issues affecting certain territories
- Voice-over (VO) issues in some regions
- A 30 FPS cutscene bug on PC
Ubisoft stated that fixes are already in development and will be released in upcoming updates. In the meantime, players are encouraged to continue reporting bugs through the official Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Bug Reporter, allowing the development team to gather additional feedback and prioritize fixes.
Free Rewards Available for All Players
To commemorate reaching 2 million sales, Ubisoft is giving every player who purchased Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced a free bundle of in-game content.
The reward package includes:
- Crimson Storm Sails for the Jackdaw
- 1,500 Animus Keys, which can be spent on unique items available through the Exchange
The rewards are available for a limited redemption period and can be claimed by redeeming the following code:
