Fortnite’s latest cosmetic drop introduces two new outfits to the Item Shop: Esme and Ennui, part of the Sisters of the Heart set.

This marks the first time both skins have been available in the Item Shop, giving players their first opportunity to add them to their lockers.

While the two outfits share a set theme, they offer distinctly different visual styles, making this release more than just a paired cosmetic drop.

Item Shop Pricing

As of their debut rotation:

  • Esme – 1,200 V-Bucks
  • Ennui – 1,200 V-Bucks

Both are Epic-rarity Outfits and are available individually. Depending on the current Item Shop layout, a Sisters of the Heart bundle may also be available, potentially including additional cosmetics such as Back Bling or themed accessories.

Bundle pricing can vary depending on included items and ownership discounts.

Esme vs. Ennui: Two Contrasting Styles

Although they belong to the same set, Esme and Ennui offer contrasting aesthetics.

Esme leans into a brighter, whimsical look with a magical-girl-inspired design and lighter tones.

Ennui adopts a darker, more subdued appearance with a moodier color palette and minimalist styling.

This contrast gives players flexibility depending on whether they prefer a more expressive or understated cosmetic direction.

How Long Are They Available?

Item Shop rotations typically last 24 hours, although featured sets may remain available for multiple days. Players should check the in-game Item Shop timer to confirm how long Esme and Ennui will remain available during this debut rotation.

Are Esme and Ennui Exclusive?

Esme and Ennui are not Battle Pass skins and are not tied to a limited-time event challenge. As standard Item Shop cosmetics, they may return in future rotations unless officially vaulted.

However, Fortnite does not publish a fixed return schedule for Item Shop items.

Final Thoughts

The debut of Esme and Ennui expands Fortnite’s cosmetic lineup with a coordinated set that offers two different style directions within a single theme. Whether players prefer Esme’s brighter presentation or Ennui’s darker tone, the Sisters of the Heart set provides a fresh addition to the current shop rotation.

For those interested, this is the first opportunity to purchase either outfit before the shop resets.
