NDream and Gala Games are thrilled to announce the second playtest for their highly anticipated mobile-first 4x RPG strategy game, 'Eternal Paradox'. Commencing on June 6 at 6pm PT, the playtest will run for three weeks, giving Gala Games account holders a unique opportunity to engage with the game's many systems and help shape its future development.
'Eternal Paradox' is designed with a mobile-first approach and will be available for both Android and iOS platforms. While there's no PC build available for this playtest, players can still experience the game on PC by using an app player.
In response to player feedback from the first playtest, the second iteration will introduce several significant updates and new features to improve the gaming experience. These include:
- Rings of Ruin: A new feature where players can conquer locations to accumulate points for their guild.
- Arena System: Players can engage in turn-based battles with other players, earning points to rise in the ranks and purchase items.
- Land NFT System: Players can lease land NFTs using gems, apply buffs to their land, and collect resources and silver.
- Gem Store: A new feature where players can purchase essential items to strengthen their characters using test gems obtainable during the playtest.
- New Mercenaries: Six new characters have been added to the mercenary roster.
- Guild Festival: Players can team up with guild members to take on new challenges and earn stage rewards.
- Additional Challenge Stages: Three new chapters have been added to the Challenge Stage.
- 1:1 Chat: A direct communication feature allowing players to chat with each other.
- Translation Function: A new feature enabling English-Korean translations to facilitate seamless communication among players.
In addition to these updates, a Gem Giveaway Event will be held during the playtest, offering Gem rewards in several different areas of the game. To be eligible, all players must link their Gala Games accounts in the 'Eternal Paradox' Settings menu. Prizes will be distributed at a later date once the game goes live.
