Redacted Group, a web3 data and entertainment startup, has launched an early-stage crypto fund to accelerate growth for web3 startups and gaming companies. The fund debuted during the Redacted Airways event and targets startups building decentralized applications (dApps) in entertainment, decentralized finance (DeFi), and infrastructure.

About The Fund
Saison Capital, Expert Dojo, and Frekaz Group back the fund, which has already invested in seven startups selected to complement Redacted's portfolio of web3 games. These initial investments provide funding plus support for tokenomics and go-to-market strategies.
Redacted CEO Shanjan Kumar said the fund grew out of the company's recent event with Qatar Airways. The flight gathered over 300 of web3's top venture capitalists, angel investors, and influencers, including representatives from Animoca Brands, Polygon, and Abu Dhabi Blockchain. After a competitive pitch session, judges and industry stakeholders selected seven companies for funding.
The first recipients are Biptap, LegendaryWeb3, Hub.xz, Numa social, Spaace.io, Ammalgam, and iAgentProtocol. These startups now access Redacted's resources for scaling and refining their products, including capital and the upcoming RDAC token. Jonathan Low, CEO and founder of Biptap, credits Redacted's strategic support and network for driving the platform's recent growth.

Tokenomics and Market Support
The Redacted Fund allocates a portion of its RDAC token to portfolio companies.
