Every Act in VALORANT brings a new Battle Pass, and Act 6 of Season 2026 is no exception. Riot has packed the latest pass with weapon skins across three thematic collections, a stack of free-tier rewards, and the usual assortment of player cards, sprays, and gun buddies spread across 50 levels.

The pass costs 1,000 VP (roughly $10), which has been the standard price since Riot locked in the Battle Pass pricing model years ago. Free tiers are available to every player without spending a single VP, while the premium track unlocks the full skin collections and cosmetic extras.

What the free track actually gives you

The free tier in Act 6 is more generous than it looks on paper. Players who skip the premium purchase still walk away with a selection of sprays, a gun buddy, a player card, and at least one weapon skin from the free-tier collections. Riot has consistently kept the free track meaningful enough to give casual players a reason to grind XP each Act, and Act 6 follows that pattern.

Free rewards are distributed across the 50 levels, so consistent play throughout the Act is the only requirement. There's no shortcut to the free items, but the XP curve is designed so that players who complete their daily and weekly missions will hit most of the free milestones naturally.

The three premium skin collections

Act 6's premium track is built around three distinct weapon skin lines, each covering a different visual theme and weapon class spread. Riot typically distributes skins so that no single collection dominates one weapon type, giving players across different playstyles something to chase.

The premium collections in Act 6 include skins for the Phantom, Vandal, Sheriff, Spectre, and Operator, along with melee variants for at least one of the three lines. Each collection also comes with matching player cards and sprays that carry the same visual identity, so the cosmetic set feels cohesive rather than a random grab-bag.

Here's a quick breakdown of what's distributed across the pass:

Radianite Points and upgrading skins

Radianite Points earned through the Battle Pass can upgrade select skins with additional visual effects, alternate color variants, and kill animations. The premium track yields 40 Radianite Points across its 50 levels, which is enough to push one or two skins to their highest upgrade tier depending on the collection.

The key here is that Radianite upgrades are permanent and carry over between Acts, so banking points from Act 6 for a future skin line is a completely valid strategy.

How long Act 6 runs and what comes next

Act 6 follows the standard roughly eight-week Act window. Once the Act ends, the Battle Pass expires and any unclaimed tiers are locked permanently. Unspent VP used to purchase the pass is not refunded, so players who buy in late should factor in how many tiers they can realistically complete before the deadline.

With a new agent reportedly set for reveal on October 17 and the competitive meta shifting around the controller role (check out the Valorant Miks agent guide for a full ability breakdown), Act 6 arrives at a moment when the player base is already paying close attention to the client. The Battle Pass is the lowest-friction way to build out your cosmetic collection while the competitive scene heats up heading into the final stretch of the 2026 season.
