How the redemption process actually works
Redeeming codes in VV Ultimatum is not as simple as just opening a menu. First, you need to join the Midnight Continent group on Roblox directly from the game's launch page. Then load the game and complete the tutorial if you haven't already, because the Shop button only appears in the top right corner after that's done.
Once the Shop is accessible, open it using the shopping cart icon, navigate to the Codes tab, and verify your group membership by clicking the button in the middle of that screen. Enter the code in the box above it, hit Redeem, and the rewards drop into your inventory.
