The mall section in REANIMAL: The Prisoner DLC wastes no time throwing a puzzle at you. Walk into the boutique and there it is: a mannequin clutching a key you absolutely need, standing completely still, refusing to be climbed, grabbed, or interacted with in any obvious way. The solution involves a new DLC tool called the Instant Camera, and getting it requires a short but non-obvious detour through one of the mall's other shops.
What do you need to get the Mannequin Key?
The key is held by a mannequin inside the mall boutique. You cannot reach it by jumping or by interacting with the mannequin directly. The only way to move it is by using the Instant Camera, a new tool introduced in The Prisoner DLC. Before you can use it on the mannequin, you need to track it down first.
How to find the Instant Camera

Step 1: Leave the boutique from the front entrance
Exit the clothing store through the entrance you came in from, not the back. Head across the walkway and turn left. There's a gap to jump across, and on the other side you'll spot a shop with a broken window. Go through it.
Step 2: Use the camera to travel by corpse
Inside the broken-window shop, you'll find a camera already set up and a corpse lying in front of it. Interact with the camera to take a picture of the corpse. The flash opens up the corpse's belly, letting both characters crawl inside and teleport to a new location. This is the same mechanic used by The Sniffer enemy in the base game, now available as a traversal tool.

Step 3: Retrieve the Instant Camera from the backroom
After exiting the corpse, you'll arrive at a clothing store that appears in the base game as well. Head behind the counter and crawl through the small hole into the backroom. The Instant Camera is sitting on top of a stack of boxes at the far end of the room. Have your partner climb up to grab it.
Step 4: Return to the boutique
Use the Instant Camera on the same corpse you used to get here, crawl inside, and you'll be transported back near the boutique. On the way, you can have your partner pose at the photo stand-in while you take their picture to unlock the "Smile for the Camera" achievement.
How to actually get the key from the mannequin
Back in the boutique, equip the Instant Camera and use it on the mannequin repeatedly. Each shot shifts its pose. Keep going until it bows down, lowering the key within reach. Grab the key and use it to open the shoe store next door.
The Instant Camera is one of the more flexible tools in The Prisoner DLC. Its use on the mannequin is easy to miss because nothing in the boutique directly suggests photography is the answer.
