How to get the Path Fragment in Sailor Piece
Step 1: Get to Ninja Island
Travel to Ninja Island using the portal available at the start of the island. The Strongest Shinobi boss spawns at the far end of the island. No items or quests are required to trigger the spawn since it is a world boss with a public respawn timer.
Step 2: Wait for the boss spawn
The Strongest Shinobi respawns every 5 minutes and 45 seconds. If the boss is already dead when you arrive, either wait out the cooldown or hop to a different server where the timer has already reset.
Step 3: Deal at least 10% damage
