How do you redeem War Thunder codes?
The redemption process runs through the Gaijin website, not inside the game client itself. Here's exactly how to do it:
- Go to the official Gaijin website at gaijin.net.
- Log into your Gaijin account.
- Click the Redeem bonus code tab at the top of the page.
- Paste your code into the activation code text box.
- Hit the Activate button.
Your reward will appear in-game after you log in.

Why are your War Thunder codes not working?
There are two likely causes. First, the code has expired. Gaijin sets expiry dates internally and does not publicize them, so even a code that worked yesterday may be dead today. Second, there's a typo in your entry. Codes like 52MONKEYS contain a mix of numbers and capital letters that trip people up when typed by hand. Paste, don't type.
If a code is confirmed active and still fails after pasting correctly, check that you're logged into the right Gaijin account, since rewards are tied to the account used at redemption.
Each code can only be redeemed once per account. Attempting to use the same code twice will return an error even if the code itself is still valid for other players.
