Qingbo Stockade is the newest sub-region added to the Wuling area in Arknights: Endfield, connected to both Jingyu Valley and Wuling City. It's the homeland of Tangtang's clan, famous for its towering waterwheels and layered vertical terrain. Across its five distinct zones, there are 36 chests waiting to be claimed, many of them locked behind environmental puzzles, enemy encounters, and some clever platforming. This guide covers every single one.
How Many Chests Are in Qingbo Stockade?
There are 36 chests spread across five zones in Qingbo Stockade. The breakdown by area is as follows:
The Main Fort is by far the most chest-dense area, and also the most mechanically demanding. Several chests there require powering elevators with your Spray Tool, riding waterwheels, collecting scattered keys, and even draining sewage with Fluid Pumps and Fluid Tanks.
Before heading into Qingbo Stockade, make sure you have at least two Fluid Tanks in your inventory. One Main Fort chest requires draining sewage, and a single tank won't be enough to hold it all.
Skyhold Ridge Chest Locations
Skyhold Ridge sits at the entrance of the region and connects toward Jingyu Valley. The five chests here are relatively straightforward, but the fifth one requires some vertical navigation.
- Chest 1: Near the bridge at the entrance leading toward Jingyu Valley.
- Chest 2: Hop onto the waterwheel's rotating platform, then quickly jump left onto the adjacent path before it carries you away.
- Chest 3: At the water's edge, guarded by a nearby enemy.
- Chest 4: On a platform overlooking the water.
- Chest 5: Ride any of the zipline elevators or ramps to reach the second level, then follow the upper path all the way east to find it at the end.
Causeway Trail Chest Locations
Causeway Trail has only three chests, but one of them requires some lateral thinking around the area's rotating bridge mechanic.
- Chest 1: At the far end of the trail path, near an enemy.
- Chest 2: From the TP Point, walk toward the zipline elevator but don't ride it. Instead, jump up onto the machinery beside it to land on the platform above where the chest sits.
- Chest 3: Wait for the rotating bridge to swing around so it faces west to east, then cross to the east side. The chest is immediately to your right.
The rotating bridge in Causeway Trail moves on a fixed cycle. If it's not aligned, just wait a few seconds and it will swing into position automatically.
Bladewoods Chest Locations
Bladewoods contains 12 chests, making it the second most populated zone. Several are hidden behind Blight Tide zones, yellow butterfly trails, and enemy fights. You'll want to clear enemies as you explore rather than trying to avoid them.
- Chest 1 (Energy Alluvium): Defeat the enemies guarding the Alluvium to claim it.
- Chest 2: Follow the yellow butterflies up the stairs and along the winding path.
- Chest 3: Located near the cage structures in the area.
- Chest 4: Take one zipline elevator down to reach this level.
- Chest 5: Ride both zipline elevators down, then follow the path to the end.
- Chest 6: Defeat the enemy blocking the chest.
- Chest 7: From the bridge, drop to the ground floor while avoiding the Blight Tide, then check underneath the nearby building.
- Chest 8: Defeat the two enemies here to unlock it.
- Chest 9: Follow the yellow butterflies in this section to trigger the chest's appearance.
- Chest 10: Use a zipline elevator to ascend to the second level.
- Chest 11: Near a cage structure beside the Alluvium.
- Chest 12 (Energy Alluvium): Defeat the enemies at this second Alluvium location to claim the chest.

Main Fort Chest Locations
With 15 chests, Main Fort is the most complex zone in Qingbo Stockade. Expect key-collection puzzles, waterwheel riding, sewage-draining mechanics, and story-gated access for one chest in particular.
- Chest 1: Head west past the frogs, then take the zipline elevator upward.
- Chest 2: Interact with the fourth and fifth frogs to make them jump once each, lining them up correctly. Pass the bug to trigger the chest's appearance.
- Chest 3: Use Fluid Pumps and Fluid Tanks (minimum two tanks required) to drain the sewage from the area, which reveals the chest underneath.
- Chest 4: Follow the yellow butterflies down the path.
- Chest 5: On a platform directly adjacent to a zipline elevator.
- Chest 6: Near the cage structures on this floor.
- Chest 7: At the edge of a platform, easy to spot but easy to miss if you're rushing.
- Chest 8: Drop down from the waterwheel positioned above this spot.
- Chest 9: From the lift marked with an up/down arrow on the map, spray the device to activate the elevators. Ride up to the biggest waterwheel, wait for it to rotate to its open side, then ride it all the way to the top.
- Chest 10: Using the same lift as Chest 9, spray the device and take the elevator, then follow the western path.
- Chest 11: This chest is story-locked. After rescuing Tangtang during the main story, jump up the cage structures to pass through the gap in the wall and reach it.
- Chest 12: Gather the three keys scattered around this section to unlock the chest.
- Chest 13: Enter the building from the north side and turn left immediately.
- Chest 14: Use the same lift to ascend, then collect the three keys needed to open this chest. Two keys are on the platform directly below the chest, and the third is in the room to the north.
- Chest 15: Take the bridge from the Bladewoods TP Point, drop to the ground floor, then follow the path northward through the cave.

Ancestral Spring Chest Location
Ancestral Spring has just one chest, but it's tucked away enough that players often skip it on a first pass.
- Chest 1: From the TP Point, jump down to the lowest level and enter the cave. Follow the path through a building until you reach a pond. The chest is near the water's edge inside.
What Do Qingbo Stockade Chests Contain?
Most chests in Qingbo Stockade reward Oroberyls alongside other valuable resources. Oroberyls are one of the more important upgrade materials in Arknights: Endfield, used in character progression and equipment enhancement. Given that 36 chests are spread across the region, fully clearing Qingbo Stockade is one of the most efficient ways to stock up on these materials early in Version 1.1.
If you're working through chests alongside the main story, Chest 11 in Main Fort is only accessible after the Tangtang rescue sequence. Don't waste time hunting for it before that story beat triggers.
Tips for Efficient Chest Hunting in Qingbo Stockade
- Clear enemies before exploring an area. Several chests are locked behind enemy defeats, and having stragglers around makes navigation harder.
- Use the Scan ability in suspicious areas, especially near cages and Blight Tide zones. Some collectibles and chests only appear after scanning.
- Keep your Spray Tool charged. Multiple puzzles in Main Fort and Bladewoods depend on it to power devices and activate platforms.
- Work zone by zone rather than jumping around. The vertical layering in Bladewoods and Main Fort makes backtracking costly.
- The yellow butterfly trails are a reliable signal that a chest or collectible is nearby. Follow them whenever you see them.
