Lioncrest Manor is one of those places in Crimson Desert that stops players cold. You walk up to the front door, a guard shoves Kliff aside, and suddenly a side quest turns into a head-scratcher. The good news: you don't need a key, you don't need high faction standing with House Alfonso, and entering through the second-floor window won't flag you as a trespasser. Here's exactly how to get in, complete Bruna's Request, and grab the strongbox reward while you're at it.
Where is Lioncrest Manor?
Lioncrest Manor sits on the west side of the City of Hernand, up a sloping hill path within the Hernandian Territory. It's the seat of Baron Adrian Alfonso, who apparently uses the grounds to host archery and swordsmanship tournaments when he isn't turning away mercenaries at the door.
info
Lioncrest Manor is specifically tied to the Bruna's Request side quest. You'll visit it as the final objective after stopping at the stables and the Royal Trading Post. How to enter Lioncrest Manor without a key
The front door is a dead end. Skip it entirely. Head to the northern end of the building, near the spiked wooden fence and the cluster of trees. This section of the exterior is typically clear of NPCs, which makes the climb much easier.
Once there, look up at the second-floor windows. There are 2 windows you can reach by climbing the side of the building. Approach either one, climb up, and wait for the interaction prompt to appear. The pop-up takes a moment to trigger, so hold your position rather than moving away. Once it appears, Kliff opens the window and steps inside cleanly.

Climb to the second floor window
info
Entering through the window is not classified as trespassing in Crimson Desert. You won't receive a bounty or a crime flag for using this route, so feel free to explore the interior freely once inside. The left-hand window drops you directly into the room you need. If you take the middle window instead, simply pass through the left-hand door to reach the same area.
What's inside the manor?
Once inside, head to the main hall and descend to the first floor. A dwarf NPC simply listed as "stranger" waits downstairs. This is the contact for Bruna's Request. Speak with them to receive the required feedback on tacks, then follow the quest marker back to Bruna's Assistant to close out the quest.
Bruna's Request
The manor visit is the third and final stop in this side quest. Here's the complete sequence so nothing catches you off guard.
warning
At the Royal Trading Post, do not move Kliff during the conversation with the noble. Breaking the interaction early means you won't receive the Royal Delivery Note, and you'll need to restart the conversation. How to solve the Lioncrest Manor strongbox puzzle
Once you're inside the manor, the strongbox is worth grabbing before you leave. It sits near a wardrobe beside a window on the second floor. Make sure no NPCs are in the room before interacting with it.
The puzzle itself is a panel rotation challenge. Rotate each picture panel until the displayed image matches the correct configuration. There's no penalty for rotating in the wrong direction or solving the panels out of order, so work through them at whatever pace you like.
Solving it rewards you with the Engraved Gold Earring.
danger
Equip your mask before opening the strongbox. The theft crime flag applies temporarily after you loot it, even though entering through the window was clean. Having a mask on keeps Kliff's identity hidden during that window. For players working through the rest of the Hernand region, there are plenty of other puzzles and side quests worth tracking down. Browse the GAMES.GG guides section for more Crimson Desert coverage as the game continues to receive updates from Pearl Abyss.
