The FUTTIES Lennart Karl objective is now live in EA SPORTS FC 26, and it's one of the better free cards to kick off this year's FUTTIES celebrations. Five tasks stand between you and the card, plus a stack of rewards that includes packs, coins, SP, and 100 FUTTIES Tokens. The good news: you can knock all five out across the same 10 matches if you build your squad correctly from the start.
What are the FUTTIES Lennart Karl tasks?
Before setting up your squad, here's the full list of what each task actually requires. All five run in Squad Battles on minimum Semi-Pro difficulty, though Live Events, Rivals, and Champions all count too.

How to build the optimal squad for all 5 tasks
The fastest route through all five tasks is to build one squad that satisfies every condition simultaneously. Running separate squads for each task burns extra matches and time you don't need to spend.
Here's what your starting 11 needs to cover:
- 3 or more Bundesliga players (covers Mia San Mia and Das Defense with the right positions)
- A CAM at Preferred Position (covers Karl the Ball, use a Bundesliga CAM if possible to double up)
- A German Midfielder (covers Wunderpass, a Bundesliga German CM or CDM works fine)
- At least 2 Bundesliga Defenders (covers Das Defense)
- One player born on or after July 23, 2008 (covers Win 10, any U-18 player in your lineup)
With this setup, every match you play ticks progress on multiple tasks at once. The only task that demands extra attention is Win 10, since it has the highest match count. Play all 10 matches without losing and you'll hit every other task well before that final win lands.

How to complete Das Defense without stress
Conceding 3 or fewer goals across 3 matches sounds easy until you pick a weak opponent and get caught out. A few things worth keeping in mind:
- Pick Squad Battles opponents with lower overall ratings when you need a clean sheet match to count
- Your 2 Bundesliga Defenders must be in the starting 11, not on the bench
- Swapping them out mid-match means the match might not count if the task tracks starting lineup at kickoff
After testing this across multiple objective sets in FC 26, the safest approach is to treat every match as a Das Defense attempt. Keep the back line tight and avoid chasing high-scoring games until that task is done.
What rewards do you get for completing all tasks?
The reward stack here is genuinely worth the 10 matches. Here's everything you unlock:
- 1 of 4 86+ Rare Gold Players
- 1 of 3 87+ Rare Gold Players
- 1 of 3 88+ Rare Gold Players
- 1 of 5 87+ Rare Gold Players
- 1 of 5 88+ Rare Gold Players
- 1,000 SP
- 500 SP (separate reward)
- 10,000 Coins
- 88+ Rare Gold Players Pack x5
- 100 FUTTIES Tokens
- Lennart Karl FUTTIES item
The coin and pack rewards alone make this worth running even if the Lennart Karl card doesn't fit your squad. The 100 FUTTIES Tokens stack toward whatever token exchange is live, and the 88+ packs give you solid fodder for FC 26 Squad Building Challenges.
How does this compare to other FUTTIES objectives?
Lennart Karl sits in a comfortable spot: not the most demanding objective in FC 26 FUTTIES, but not a freebie either. The 10-win requirement is the real time investment. For comparison, objectives like the Les Bleus objective wrap up in 2-3 Squad Battles matches, making them faster but with smaller reward pools.
The squad-stacking approach here is what separates players who finish in 10 matches from those grinding 15+ because they didn't align their conditions from the start.
