Minerva is one of the most valuable traders in Fallout 76, and if you've been sleeping on her, you're leaving some of the rarest plans in the game on the table. She sells exclusive blueprints for gold bullion at prices roughly 25% lower than any other vendor in Appalachia, but she doesn't stick around forever. Miss her window and you're waiting weeks for another shot.
Where is Minerva right now in Fallout 76?
Minerva rotates between four fixed locations on the map. She doesn't wander freely; she shows up at one of these spots on a set schedule:
- Foundation (right side of the main gate, past the bridge)
- The Crater (opposite the crop fields, outside the main structure)
- Fort Atlas (right side of the fort as you approach the main gates)
- The Whitespring Resort (outside the main entrance)
As of this writing, Minerva is not currently available. Her next appearance is the Big Sale event starting May 21, which runs through May 25 at The Whitespring Resort.
The Whitespring Resort is the only location where Minerva hosts her Big Sale. If you see her there, that's the event you want to prioritize.

How does Minerva's schedule work?
Minerva operates on a four-week cycle. During weeks one through three, she runs her Minerva's Emporium, appearing Monday through Wednesday (noon to noon ET). On the fourth week, she runs the Minerva's Big Sale, which runs Thursday through the following Monday (noon to noon ET). Outside those windows, she simply isn't available anywhere on the map.

The Big Sale inventory lists (numbered 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24) are significantly larger and more valuable than the Emporium lists (1-3, 5-7, 9-11, 13-15, 17-19, 21-23). If you can only catch one event per cycle, the Big Sale is the one worth planning around.
There are days each week when Minerva is completely absent from the map. Don't fast-travel to her locations expecting her to be there outside her scheduled windows.

Every plan Minerva sells costs gold bullion, the same currency used by other high-tier vendors in Appalachia. There are two practical ways to stock up:
- Buy from Smiley at The Wayward: 50 bullion for 1,000 caps, capped at 300 bullion per week
- Exchange Treasury Notes: Up to 400 bullion per day; Treasury Notes drop from public events
The daily Treasury Note exchange is the more efficient route if you're grinding for a specific big-ticket item. Public events keep dropping them as long as you're playing, so staying active in the world pays off directly at Minerva's counter.
Stack your gold bullion in the days before a Big Sale by completing public events daily. The 400-per-day cap on Treasury Note exchanges means you can build a solid reserve if you start early enough.
Why should you prioritize Minerva's Big Sale over the Emporium?
The Emporium runs on smaller rotating lists, which means fewer options and a narrower selection of high-value plans. The Big Sale lists are both larger and stocked with the rarest items Minerva carries. List 12, for example, includes the complete T-65 Power Armor set, multiple Plasma Caster modifications, and the Hellstorm Missile Launcher plan, none of which appear together in the standard Emporium rotations.
