Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3, subtitled Runners, brought six distinct Mythic items into rotation. They're split between boss encounters and environmental challenges, and most of them aren't guaranteed drops. You can chase them, but you can't count on them.
Here's what each Mythic does and where to find it.
Boss Mythics: three weapons, no fixed spawns
Three Mythics drop from named bosses this season: Voidblade, Wolfe, and Skeletor. None of them spawn in the same spot every match. They share a pool of potential locations and rift into one of them at the start of each game. The only way to track them down is the skull icon that appears on your minimap when you're nearby.

Voidblade drops the Voidblade's Burst Rifle. Wolfe drops Wolfe's Maven Auto Shotgun. Skeletor drops the Reacher Extending Shotgun. Each boss has a Legendary fallback if the Mythic doesn't roll, so the fight isn't a total wash if you get unlucky. The real issue is getting to the boss before another squad does.

Rescuing John Wick's dog for the 9mm Baba Yaga
John Wick's dog spawns in one of two locations each match: either the sewers beneath The Battlewoods, or a southern building in Sinister Strip. Guards patrol both spots, so clear them before you interact with the cage.
Opening the cage gives you a shot at the Mythic 9mm Baba Yaga, a pistol that's been getting attention this season. It can also drop a Legendary Lancehead Pistol instead, so it's not a lock. The upside is that rescuing the dog also counts toward a separate quest for the Dog (Pen & Ink) Sidekick cosmetic, so the detour has a backup reward.
Duck race and prison puzzle: two more Mythics
The Mythic Striker Pump Shotgun drops from the Duck Race Minigame on the bridge north of Heatwave Harbor. Interact with the ducks, follow them south to the finish line, and hope the drop rolls in your favor. Like the dog rescue, this is a chance drop.
The Mythic Limitless Seven Sliders takes more work. Go to the prison building in northern Sinister Strip, drop to the bottom level, and navigate the tunnels to deactivate two security grids: the North Prison Security Grid and the South Prison Security Grid. Both are hidden behind vent doors. Once both grids are offline, the locked cell opens and reveals several Rare Chests. The Limitless Seven Sliders can drop from those chests. The Mythic version never overheats and never loses durability, which is a real upgrade over the standard version.

The standard Seven Sliders can also drop from those chests, so completing the puzzle doesn't guarantee the Mythic.
