Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3, subtitled Runners, launched with a surprisingly deep Mythic pool. Six distinct Mythic items are currently in the game, split between boss fights and environmental puzzles scattered across the map. Some are guaranteed drops. Most are not.
Here's the lowdown on every Mythic in the season and what you need to do to actually get your hands on one.
The three boss Mythics and why they're hard to pin down
Three of the season's Mythics come from defeating named bosses: Voidblade, Wolfe, and Skeletor. Each drops a unique weapon when eliminated, but the catch is that none of them have fixed spawn points. All three bosses share a pool of potential locations across the map, rifting into one of them each match. A skull icon appears on the minimap when you're close enough, which is the only reliable way to locate them mid-game.

The drops themselves are worth the chase. Voidblade drops the Voidblade's Burst Rifle, Wolfe drops Wolfe's Maven Auto Shotgun, and Skeletor drops the Reacher Extending Shotgun. Each has a Legendary fallback version if the Mythic doesn't roll, so you're never walking away empty-handed. The key here is committing to the boss fight early before another squad beats you to the kill.

John Wick's dog and the 9mm Baba Yaga
This one is a side quest with a Mythic attached. John Wick's dog spawns in one of two locations each match: the sewers beneath The Battlewoods, or a southern building in Sinister Strip. Guards patrol the area, so you'll need to clear them before interacting with the cage.
Opening the cage gives you a chance at the Mythic 9mm Baba Yaga, a pistol that's become one of the more talked-about items this season. The operative word is chance. It can also drop a Legendary Lancehead Pistol instead. The good news is that rescuing the dog also ties into a separate quest for the Dog (Pen & Ink) Sidekick cosmetic, so the trip is rarely wasted.
If you're running to Sinister Strip for the dog, you can chain it with the prison cell puzzle in the same POI to go for two Mythics in a single rotation.
A duck race, a prison puzzle, and two more Mythics
The Mythic Striker Pump Shotgun comes from completing the Duck Race Minigame, found on the bridge north of Heatwave Harbor. Interact with the ducks, follow them south to the finish line, and hope the RNG is kind. Like the other non-boss Mythics, this is a chance drop rather than a guaranteed reward.
The Mythic Limitless Seven Sliders requires more legwork. Head to the prison building in the northern section of Sinister Strip, drop to the bottom level, and navigate the tunnels to deactivate two security grids hidden behind vent doors: the North Prison Security Grid and the South Prison Security Grid. Once both are offline, the locked cell opens and reveals several Rare Chests. The Limitless Seven Sliders can drop from those chests, and what makes the Mythic version stand out is that it never overheats or loses durability, a meaningful upgrade over the standard version.

What most players miss is that the standard Seven Sliders can still drop from the same chests, so don't assume the Mythic is guaranteed just because you solved the puzzle.
What the Mythic pool looks like right now
The season is fresh, and more Mythics could surface as players dig deeper into the map. More Mythics are likely on the way as the season progresses.
