A Diverse and Esteemed Jury
This year’s GAM3 Awards will feature a refreshed and expanded jury panel, with over 70 professionals lending their expertise. These jury members come from various sectors of web3 gaming, ensuring a diverse and comprehensive evaluation of the nominees. Returning members from 2022 and 2023 will be joined by new voices, reflecting the industry's growing diversity.
The 2024 jury panel includes representatives from venture capital firms, blockchain networks, ecosystem specialists, and infrastructure partners. Mainstream tech giants such as Amazon and Google are also involved, alongside key figures from companies like Opensea, Oasys, and XAI. This broad representation ensures that the jury's decisions are well-informed, reflecting a wide range of perspectives from across the industry.

Transparent Voting Process
The voting system for the GAM3 Awards 2024 is designed to ensure fairness and transparency. Jury members will determine 90% of the final outcome in most categories, with the remaining 10% contributed by community votes. However, community input will play a larger role in specific categories, such as the "People’s Choice Award" and "Best Content Creator", where fans have 100% control over the final decision.
Adding to the awards' inclusive nature, the “Games' Choice Award” will allow game studios to vote for their top game of the year, bringing more industry voices into the process. The “GAM3 Changer” award will recognize an individual making significant contributions to web3 gaming, nominated by their peers within game development studios.

The Nomination Process
The GAM3 Awards nomination process is simple and interactive. Here's how it works:
Phase 1: Community Nominations
The nomination phase allows anyone to nominate their favorite game or creator. If a particular game OR creator isn't already listed, participants can add them manually. This phase is open now and runs until October 9th, after which the top 30 games and creators will be shortlisted for the next round.
Phase 2: Jury Voting Round One
Once the nominations are finalized, the jury will vote on the games and creators across various genres. This will determine the top five nominees in each category. This phase will run between October 3rd and October 9th.
Phase 3: Community Nominations and Jury Voting Round Two
During this phase, running from October 10th and November 15th, both the jury and the community will vote for their favorite nominees among the top five in each category. The People's Choice Award and Best Content Creator categories will rely entirely on community votes, while the other categories will incorporate both jury and community input.
As an exciting addition, by participating in the nomination or voting process, fans will have the chance to win prizes such as gaming consoles, PCs, and more, making this year’s GAM3 Awards an event not just to watch, but to actively engage in.
