The second Community Test for Gran Saga: Unlimited (GSU) ran from July 6 to July 20, and the numbers tell a compelling story. Daniel, Head of GSU Studio, shared player metrics in a community address: average playtime topped 5 hours per day, and player retention exceeded the team's internal target by more than 60%. Those stats landed the game in our top 5 web3 games of July 2023.

The Chaos Field PvP arena delivered the test's most intense moments. Clans fought for control of the Tesseract in battles that showcased both fierce competition and genuine sportsmanship. Players swapped stories, dissected strategies, and committed to coming back stronger next time.

Daniel and Nathan designed a 16-player raid that pushed the community hard. Bugs cropped up, difficulty spiked higher than intended, but players responded positively. The Wardens became the first clan to clear it, earning recognition from both the developers and their peers.

The GSU team identified clear pain points from player feedback. Progression feels too slow in places. Class balance needs work. Losing loot on death in dungeons frustrates players. Grinding gets tedious. The team is now working through how to address each of these issues for the next phase.

Economic transparency became a priority after players showed strong interest in gold circulation rates and the proportion of burned gold during the test. GSU plans to surface these in-game economic indicators and make them easier for the community to access and track.

The community is watching closely as Gran Saga: Unlimited moves forward. Daniel emphasized the team's commitment to building a game that delivers both enjoyment and a supportive environment for everyone who plays.
