ID@Xbox and IGN are running another joint event this Thursday, April 23, and the confirmed lineup already has a few names worth circling.
The event streams live at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST, and according to IGN, it will be "filled to the brim with exclusive trailers, new looks, and gameplay from titles headed our way in the future." That's the kind of promise that either delivers a genuinely stacked hour or sets up some disappointment, but the confirmed titles alone make this one worth watching.
What's already confirmed for the event
Four games have been officially named ahead of the broadcast. Here's what's locked in:
- Aphelion: The new cinematic sci-fi adventure from DON'T NOD, the studio behind Life is Strange and Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. This is one of the bigger names on the confirmed list.
- Solo Leveling Arise Overdrive: An updated version of the 2025 action RPG based on the Solo Leveling anime, which built a solid player base after launch.
- Mistfall Hunter: Described as a third-person action PvPvE extraction RPG, which puts it squarely in the genre that's been pulling serious numbers lately.
- There Are No Ghosts at the Grand: A hotel restoration and ghost-hunting adventure that sounds like it's aiming for something between a cozy sim and a light horror experience.
The event also promises unannounced titles. Here's the thing: ID@Xbox events have a solid track record of dropping surprises alongside the confirmed names. The October 2025 edition, for reference, included MOUSE: P.I. For Hire, Invincible VS, and Vampire Survivors content, so the bar is set reasonably high.
info
The event covers games heading to both Xbox and PC, so this isn't exclusively a console affair. If you're a PC player, the lineup is just as relevant.
Where to catch the stream
The broadcast goes out across a wide range of platforms simultaneously, so there's no real excuse to miss it. You can watch on IGN.com, IGN's YouTube channel, Twitch, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or through the IGN mobile apps. Several partner outlets including Eurogamer, Rock Paper Shotgun, and VG247 will also carry the stream.
The multi-platform broadcast approach reflects how these events have evolved. Getting the stream onto as many screens as possible matters more than keeping it exclusive to one platform, and for viewers it just means picking whichever app is already open.
DON'T NOD's Aphelion is the one to watch
Aphelion is arguably the most anticipated reveal here. DON'T NOD has built a reputation for narrative-driven games with strong character work, and a cinematic sci-fi adventure fits squarely in their wheelhouse. Details are still thin ahead of the event, which means Thursday's appearance could be a proper first look with a release window attached, or at minimum a substantial trailer. Either way, it's the title most likely to generate conversation after the stream ends.
Solo Leveling Arise Overdrive will also be worth attention for fans of the original. The base game launched in 2025 to a strong reception among anime fans and action RPG players, and an "Overdrive" edition suggests something more substantial than a standard update.
For the latest gaming news and latest reviews across all platforms, keep tabs on what comes out of Thursday's event. There's enough variety in the confirmed lineup to suggest the full presentation will cover a broad range of genres and release timelines. Check our guides hub after the event for any coverage on games that catch your attention during the stream.
