Infinite Fleet has launched its Expanded Closed Beta, the first step toward going fully free-to-play. Registration limits are gone, and new players get free starter ships.

The most obvious change is a visual overhaul of space stations, but the real work happened under the hood. The dev team rebuilt the server infrastructure to handle a much larger player count. This beta phase exists to stress-test those servers before the game opens to everyone. If things break, expect temporary caps on new signups until stability improves.

Daily Login Rewards are now live. Log in, get a free Silver Container with a chance at USF Credits, ship equipment, resources, or weapons. Log in six days straight and you'll unlock a Gold Container on day seven, which drops high-rarity gear and weapons.

New star systems are open for exploration, and a series of in-game events kicked off alongside the beta expansion. Players can rank up and earn USF Credits by hunting Atrox ships in designated zones. Commander Level 21+ players also earn Excellium. Event updates and leaderboards will roll out on the game's social channels.

The team wants feedback as they build out new features. Player input will shape where the game goes from here.
