The Minecraft Dungeons 2 Domino’s collab gets you one of three random cosmetics for Minecraft Dungeons II with each qualifying pizza you order online. In the US it runs from 26 October 2026 to 10 January 2027, and Domino’s is giving away 20,000 copies of the game on top (Minecraft.net). If you already play it, that’s a free cosmetic with your dinner. I won’t be ordering for it, because I won’t be playing it.

What do you get from the Minecraft Dungeons 2 Domino’s collab?

The Minecraft Dungeons 2 Domino’s collab gives you one of three exclusive cosmetic items with each qualifying online order, starting Monday 26 October. Mojang lists them as:

  • Domino’s Skin: a Domino’s-inspired character skin
  • Slice Slayer Cape: a pizza-themed cape
  • Cheesy Cube Pet: a cheese companion that follows you around

Each item is allocated at random, so getting all three can take a few orders, and Mojang suggests sharing or swapping codes with friends to finish the set. They’re cosmetics only, so none of them gives you any advantage in a fight. They just change how you look while you do it.

What pizza do you need for the Domino’s Minecraft Dungeons 2 items?

In the US, the qualifying order is the Domino, Domino’s new Detroit-style pizza for one with a parmesan crust. It comes in one of six collectible Minecraft Dungeons II boxes inspired by mobs and characters like the corrupted creeper, Valorie and the Prime Enchanter. You can’t pick your box: they’re handed out at random while supplies last.

To get a code you have to be a Domino’s Rewards member and prepay your order online, through the website or the app. The offer has a limit of 10 per order, and you need the game itself, which is sold separately. Minecraft Dungeons II costs $29.99 on Steam, where it came out on 29 September 2026.

How do you redeem the Domino’s Minecraft Dungeons 2 code?

Mojang gives five steps for redeeming the Domino’s Minecraft Dungeons 2 code:

  1. Sign in to Domino’s Rewards, or create an account.
  2. Order and prepay for a qualifying Domino through the Domino’s website or app.
  3. Wait up to 24 hours for the reward to show under My Deals & Rewards in your Domino’s account.
  4. Launch Minecraft Dungeons II on the Microsoft account you want the item on.
  5. Enter the 12-character code.

The item goes to whichever Microsoft account you launch the game with, so check you’re on the right one before you enter the code. And because the reward can take up to a day to appear, an empty Deals & Rewards page straight after your order doesn’t mean it failed.

Can you win a free copy of Minecraft Dungeons 2 from Domino’s?

You can win a free copy of Minecraft Dungeons 2 from Domino’s if you’re in the US. From 26 October to 4 November 2026, Domino’s is giving away 2,000 digital copies a day, 20,000 in total. You buy a Domino, submit your proof of purchase on Domino’s Minecraft Dungeons II page, and watch your email to see if you’ve won. The prizes are codes for the Standard Edition.

Which countries get the Domino’s Minecraft Dungeons 2 items?

The Domino’s Minecraft Dungeons 2 items reach well beyond the US, though the pizza changes. Mojang lists Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, the Netherlands, Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Spain, Taiwan and Turkey. The qualifying order, the dates and how the codes arrive all vary by country, so check your local Domino’s app before you order.

Some markets use their own personal pizzas, meal bundles or sides instead of the Domino, and the code might come on a collectible box, a sleeve, a box topper or a printed card. The UK and Ireland aren’t on Mojang’s list. China gets its own version, with five limited-time pizzas and matching boxes based on mobs from MyWorld, Minecraft’s edition there.

Why am I skipping Minecraft Dungeons 2?

Minecraft Dungeons, in my opinion, fucking sucks. I played the original one, and I have no interest in playing the second one. Minecraft should just stay as Minecraft.

For comparison, games.gg reported that Minecraft itself is still pulling 300,000 new players every single day. The Dungeons games are something else, an action RPG spin-off rather than the building and survival game, and Dungeons II is again from Mojang Studios with Double Eleven (Steam).

Does Minecraft Dungeons even have players?

That was my question: did the original Dungeons have enough players to need a Dungeons 2? It did, by Mojang’s numbers. Minecraft Dungeons came out in May 2020 and passed 10 million players across platforms in February 2021 (Minecraft.net). By September 2023 it had passed 25 million, even though its final update, 1.17, came out in November 2022 (Windows Central).

Steam only shows part of the picture, because it doesn’t count Xbox, PlayStation, Switch or Game Pass players. On Steam, the original Dungeons has averaged about 1,440 players at a time over the last 30 days, with a peak of 4,485 (SteamCharts). Minecraft Dungeons II peaked at 25,156 players on Steam in its first month and averaged about 5,000 (SteamCharts).

So yes, it has players, and probably a lot more than Steam shows. I’m just not going to be one of them.
