Minecraft Dungeons II hides 8 secret talismans across its world, and none of them are handed to you. You'll need to solve environmental puzzles, navigate jumping challenges, and find hidden passages that most players run straight past. Collecting all 8 also unlocks a secret boss fight that drops a ninth reward, the Wonderful Wheat, making this one of the most rewarding side quests in the game. Here's exactly where every talisman is and how to grab it.
There are 8 secret talismans in total, spread across different zones and dungeon types. Five are found in fixed or semi-fixed locations in the Overworld and the Sift, while three appear in random dungeons and rifts. The layout of those randomized dungeons means you may need to run them a few times before the right tileset appears.
Once you have all 8, a locked door in the Hidden Grove area opens, leading to the Mosstrosity golem boss. Beating it earns you the Wonderful Wheat talisman and access to 4 chests. The boss can be re-farmed for loot, experience, and talisman experience on future runs.
This talisman spawns inside dungeons found in the Overworld. Look for a room containing 4 lit braziers arranged around the space. Not every dungeon layout generates this room, so if you don't see it, run the dungeon again until the right tileset appears.
Once you find the room, interact with each brazier to extinguish it. After all 4 are put out, a stone tile in the floor opens to reveal the chest. Open it to collect the Glowstone Flask.

The Ocelot's Paw is found in rifts accessed through the Overworld. Like the Glowstone Flask dungeon, the specific tileset you need is relatively uncommon, so keep running rifts until you find it.
You're looking for a snaky passageway with tall canyon walls. Somewhere along that corridor is an interactable wall. Interact with it to reveal a hidden chest containing the talisman.
The Amethyst Lens has two acquisition paths. You can earn it as a reward from the Prime Enchanter Revived boss, or find it in a hidden chest in the Howling Woods.
For the chest route, start from the Hidden Grove fast travel point. Head down and around until you reach the waterfall, then climb up the hillside. Get onto the first block, jump across to the middle platform, then jump up to get above the waterfall. Follow the path to the end and drop down into the cave below. The hidden chest appears when you approach.
Fast travel to the White Tower point in the Rainy Plains. The talisman is to the north, behind a short jumping puzzle over water.
Look for a series of platforms near a dungeon entrance. Jump across them quickly because the platforms sink into the water as you land on them. Reach the chest at the end to collect the Thrifty Pendant, which provides a solid generic damage boost.

Start from the Frozen Fortress waypoint and move through the area into the Library Towers. Climb the stairs inside and then exit the towers. From the exit, move to the right until you reach a gap in the railing.
Walk off the edge at that gap and interact with the hidden jump pad below. It launches you upward to a hidden chest containing the Lucky Clover talisman.
The Soul Chip is found in dungeons within the Sift. You can enter Sift dungeons through Singer's Meadow, Humbler Husklands, or Lullaby Hills.
Inside, look for a tileset that has a jump pad leading directly into a second jump. This chain of jumps takes you to an elevated area with a suspiciously green raised platform. Simply approach that platform and a secret chest spawns. Open it for the Soul Chip.
From the Echo Den point, head north. Near a dungeon entrance you'll find a hidden path that blends into the cliff face. Walk directly into the cliff wall to pass through into a concealed area.
From there, jump across the gap and proceed along a spine-like structure. The floor beneath the ribs collapses as you cross, so keep moving. The chest at the far end holds the Medallion of Momentum.
Fast travel to Lullaby Hilltop and head toward the Illager Fortress. Near a checkpoint you'll find an open area with a series of pipes to jump across.
Jump onto the pipe to your left, then cross to the pipe immediately opposite. The next jump is longer than the first two. From there, reach the square pipe and drop down one final time to land at the treasure chest. Open it to collect the Emerald of Good Fortune.

Once you have all 8 talismans, head to the Hidden Grove fast travel point and move north into an ambush. Defeat the ambush, then continue past the cave entrance. A door that was previously locked now opens.
Inside, you'll fight the Mosstrosity golem. Beating it rewards the Wonderful Wheat talisman. Before leaving, loot all 4 chests in the area.
The Mosstrosity can be revisited on future runs for quick experience, loot, and talisman experience gains, making it one of the more efficient farm spots in the early-to-mid game.
