Adtech firm Mobvista has reported full-year revenue of $2.05 billion for 2025, marking a 35.7% increase compared to 2024. The growth was primarily driven by its programmatic advertising platform, Mintegral, which generated $1.96 billion in revenue over the year. A significant portion of Mintegral’s success came from its AI-powered smart bidding system, which accounted for more than 80% of the platform’s total revenue.
Gaming continues to dominate Mintegral’s business, contributing $1.46 billion, or 74.6% of the platform’s revenue. While gaming remains the core focus, non-gaming sectors, including e-commerce and utility apps, also added to the platform’s growth, generating a combined $499 million. Mobvista’s adjusted EBITDA reached $191 million, reflecting a 38.1% increase from the previous year, as the company focused on operational efficiency and scaling its advertising technology.
Leadership Transition at Mobvista
Mobvista announced several leadership changes alongside its financial results. CEO Cao Xiaohuan has been appointed chairman of the board, succeeding founder Duan Wei, who will continue as an executive director. Board secretary Jiang Ruofan has joined as an executive director, while Chief Product Officer Fang Zikai stepped down from the board to focus on product development and research. The transition reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance while maintaining focus on innovation and growth.
New Tools to Support Developers
Mintegral introduced new optimisation tools in 2025 to support developers globally. These include Hybrid ROAS and IAP ROAS bidding strategies, designed to help game and app developers acquire users more efficiently. The systems are intended to improve monetisation through advertising, in-app purchases, or hybrid revenue models. Mobvista emphasized that these tools aim to streamline user acquisition and maximise returns for developers across various platforms.
Mobvista’s Outlook for the Gaming Sector
With gaming contributing the majority of Mintegral’s revenue, Mobvista’s results highlight the ongoing importance of the gaming sector to its business model. The platform’s AI-driven infrastructure, combined with its expanding suite of developer tools, positions the company to continue supporting growth in both gaming and non-gaming apps.
