Dealabs leaker billbil-kun has done it again. Sony's PlayStation Plus May 2026 games lineup has leaked ahead of any official announcement, and the headliner is a good one: Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is reportedly coming to the service, joined by The Crew Motorfest and Football Manager 26 Console.
Sony had not confirmed the lineup at time of writing, though an official announcement was expected later the same day.
What billbil-kun got right before
Billbil-kun has built a track record that makes these leaks hard to dismiss. The Dealabs-based leaker has accurately called PS Plus lineups months in advance on multiple occasions, which is why the gaming community pays attention when a new post drops. This one, published on Dealabs, lists all three titles with the same confidence as previous accurate calls.
The headliner: Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered
For anyone who skipped Guerrilla Games' open-world debut back in 2017, this is a meaningful addition. The remastered version launched on PS5 in 2024 and brought with it a noticeably upgraded visual presentation, including significantly more NPCs populating towns to make the world feel less empty, plus additional technical options that bring the game closer in fidelity to its sequel, Horizon Forbidden West. The Frozen Wilds DLC is included.
Landing on PS Plus means a large chunk of the subscriber base gets a clean, current-gen version of the game before Horizon Forbidden West, which is a sensible on-ramp for players who want the full story.
The rest of the May lineup
The Crew Motorfest fills the action-racing slot. Ubisoft's open-world driving game launched in 2023 and transplants the series from its sprawling USA map to a condensed version of Hawaii. The shift divided opinion at launch. The handling model is solid and the event variety is strong out of the box, but the smaller map removed some of what made the original Crew games distinctive, and boats and aircraft feel sidelined compared to earlier entries. Still, for PS Plus subscribers who haven't played it, it's a decent few weekends of racing content.
Football Manager 26 Console rounds out the trio. Sports Interactive's management sim needs little explanation. It's the latest version of Football Manager built specifically for console play, and it released in November 2025. Getting it on PS Plus this quickly after launch is a reasonable turnaround.
info
The Crew Motorfest and Football Manager 26 Console are available on PS5. Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is a PS5 exclusive title.
How May stacks up against recent months
PS Plus Essential lineups have been inconsistent in perceived value over the past year. A first-party remaster headlining the month is generally considered a stronger offering than months dominated by smaller indie titles or older third-party ports. Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered retails for around $50, which gives the May lineup a higher nominal value than several recent months.
The Crew Motorfest and Football Manager 26 Console are both games with active player bases, meaning new subscribers joining through PS Plus have communities to drop into rather than ghost towns.
