Raini: The Lords of Light, a TCG with web3 elements, has launched on Epic Games. Players can jump into Season Zero right now and grab one of two Welcome Bundles — a Free version or a Premium version — to get started in the Rainiverse.
The game takes place on the planet Raini, which orbits a black hole sun. Mythical creatures battle across the surface, each army commanded by one of the Seven Lords of Light. Legend says the Rainbow Gem will choose a Lord and give them the power to summon Chad Raini, the ultimate warrior. Whoever gets that power rules the entire Rainiverse, so the Lords keep fighting to claim it.
The Free Welcome Bundle gives you a 300% XP Boost for Season Zero, 1,000 Coins, and two Set Packs (one Genesis, one Tempus). It's a solid starting point if you're trying the game for the first time.
The Premium Welcome Bundle includes a chunk of LUX (the premium currency) and three Premium Card Packs. These packs double your odds of pulling Legendary or Mythic cards compared to standard packs. The exact LUX amount isn't specified, but the game promises it's over 9,000.
Season Zero also has a Free battle pass with additional rewards as you play. Finishing the tutorial unlocks extra stuff, and there are exclusive Ultra Card Backs available in the LUX Battle Pass during Season Zero only.
Raini: The Lords of Light is live on Epic Games now. Both bundles are available at launch.
