Web3 game developer double.jump.tokyo has announced the official launch date of the $SGC token generation event (TGE) for KAI: Battle of Three Kingdoms. The TGE is scheduled to take place on June 13 at 6 PM UTC+8. The launch will introduce $SGC as the main utility and governance token for the game, allowing players to engage in transactions, governance decisions, and other in-game activities.

The $SGC TGE is set to launch on two chains, the BNB Smart Chain and Oasys, a SEGA-backed blockchain designed to support gaming applications. The TGE will be available on 10 platforms in total. Among these, 8 are centralized exchanges, which include Binance Alpha, BingX, Bitget, BitMart, Gate.io, KuCoin, MEXC Global, and LBank. The other two are decentralized exchanges, PancakeSwap and Gaming DEX.
The launch on these platforms aims to provide liquidity and ease of transactions for players and traders who wish to acquire $SGC. Binance Alpha is a specialized platform within the Binance Wallet. It was designed to highlight promising early-stage tokens and to bring greater transparency to the process of choosing tokens for eventual main-listing on the Binance exchange. The $SGC TGE marks the 23rd exclusive TGE to be held on Binance Alpha.
Participants can subscribe from 8 AM to 10 AM UTC on June 13 by using Binance Alpha Points, a scoring system that considers total asset holdings and purchasing activity across Binance and its wallet in the previous 15 days. After the initial period, additional campaigns are expected to release 300 million $SGC tokens to the community.

About the $SGC Token and SGCP Points
$SGC is an in-game utility and governance token for KAI: Battle of Three Kingdoms, a collectible card battle game based on SEGA’s “Sangokushi Taisen” intellectual property. The total supply of $SGC is 10 billion tokens, distributed across different segments to support the game’s ecosystem and future development.
In the game, players earn SGCP points through PvP battles and other in-game activity. SGCP can be exchanged 1:1 for $SGC starting at 8 PM UTC+8 on the TGE day. Players can then use these tokens to buy card packs, trade on the in-game marketplace, and activate staking to unlock additional content.
Distribution, Vesting Schedule, and Unlock
The distribution comprises community growth (50.1% of total), foundation (34% for the development team and partners), liquidity providing (11.4% for exchange liquidity and related expenses), and a small allocation for the treasury (4.5%). The release of tokens is subject to a linear vesting schedule extending over 40 months for community growth and liquidity, while the foundation allocation will unlock 12 months after TGE and vest over 36 months.
$SGC plays a key role in the game’s ecosystem by allowing players to buy cards, activate special abilities, and trade items on the in-game market. Players can also convert SGCP points earned through PvP into $SGC and then use these tokens to unlock content and progress in the game.
