Superior is back on the gaming landscape with a new update that's set to take the experience to a whole new level. This update includes a host of exciting features that range from a new mission named 'Jarhead' to updates in Revolt and Investigate Anomalies, alongside a range of other updates and bug fixes.
The 'Jarhead' mission adds an intriguing twist to the game, where a C-list Superior requires more power to fuel his psychic abilities. He has chosen you to procure it for him. Can you survive the intense onslaught that awaits?
The Revolt has received significant updates, bringing more excitement to this electrifying battle. The damage from Revolt’s Lightning Orbs has been reduced from 50 to 20 per orb, but the number of orbs Revolt fires in subsequent phases has increased. Revolt is now invulnerable when he electrifies the environment, and his Storm attack now summons henchmen to assist him.
The Investigate Anomalies feature sees a range of updates. The number of active polyps on each pustule has been reduced to the number of players. They now fire in short bursts that scale with the current threat level, and can properly target and damage turrets. Projectiles can now be shot down, and the damage radius and speed of the projectiles have been increased. Additionally, the tracking speed of the mega pustule laser has been reduced.
Other exciting updates include modifications to bashing weapon melee animations and functionality. The Hero Dome now has added Force Fields for fan protection, and the Plasma Shotgun has been updated with a lower pellet count and increased damage per pellet. An increase in XP for Growth, Revolt, Overmind, and Superior Team-Up Boss fights is also part of this update. Plus, a gig reset timer has been added to the Lobby.
As with any update, some bugs have been addressed. Issues with Gigs related to killing bosses not awarding the expected XP, Zap Hands breaking force fields, and Overmind’s shield remaining up when Underminds were killed with Death Discs have all been fixed.
This Superior update promises an enhanced gaming experience filled with new missions, exciting battles, and continuous improvements. Get ready to plunge into a more challenging and engaging Superior world.
