On January 11th, XBorg announced the Beta version of GamerBase, their latest application designed to facilitate community engagement for game developers, esports teams, and content creators.
GamerBase allows users to create accounts and join specific gaming communities of their choice. Within these communities, members can participate in events and challenges to earn rewards. The platform's integration with key gaming platforms like Steam, Epic Games, Battlenet, and Riot Games enables a variety of gaming challenges across popular titles. Additionally, partnerships with social platforms such as X, YouTube, Discord, and Twitch offer users opportunities to earn rewards for supporting their chosen communities on these platforms.
While XBorg is the initial community onboarded to GamerBase, the platform has confirmed upcoming additions, including Shrapnel, Bushi, and Army of Fortune Verse. Furthermore, XBorg is developing custom fan apps for prominent esports teams, with plans for these team 'Bases' to be available on GamerBase in the first quarter of the year.
GamerBase is built on XBorg's existing credential infrastructure. As users engage with various gaming communities and activities, they can establish a unique player identity known as the XBorg ID. This ID will enable users to have consistent experiences across other applications and games connected to XBorg's credential system.
