The Rivalsween event is live in Roblox Rivals, and it runs until November 7, 2026 at 05:00 UTC. That gives you roughly three weeks to farm Candy, clear two monster towers, spin the Spooky Prize Wheel, and spend everything before the event closes. Unspent Candy disappears the moment the event ends, so there is no saving it for later. This guide covers the fastest daily routine, how to beat both towers, which weapon drops to prioritize, and every cosmetic you can earn for free.

When does Rivalsween start and end?

Rivalsween launched with Update 24 on October 17, 2026 at 01:00 UTC. The event closes on November 7, 2026 at 05:00 UTC, which is midnight Eastern going into November 7. That is approximately 21 days total. The in-game title for Rivals currently reads "RIVALS", and the patch notes confirm a countdown will appear when the event is close to ending. Do not wait for that countdown to start spending your Candy.

How do you farm Candy fast?

Candy is the event currency that unlocks every free Rivalsween reward. The farming loop is straightforward, but the order matters.

The daily routine

  1. Complete your Daily Tasks first. The Spooky Event Hub quest menu stays locked until you finish them, and you also need to have completed at least 20 duels to access it at all. New players should knock those out early.
  2. Open the Spooky Event Hub from the main lobby and clear your Event Tasks. These pay between 15 and 30 Candy each and include a free Spooky Prize Wheel spin every day.
  3. Take full advantage of the Candy Rush boost. Every day, your first 200 Candy earns at 5x speed. After that, you drop to the normal rate.

The Candy Rush is the most important mechanic to understand. A short daily session that burns through those first 200 Candy is more efficient than one long weekend grind. Over the full 21-day event, logging in every day gives you up to 21 of these boosted windows. You can keep playing after the boost expires, but the returns drop off significantly.

Event Tasks are designed around normal gameplay: winning duels, getting eliminations, playing matches. Nothing requires a specific mode, so you will knock them out naturally while doing other things.

What are all the Rivalsween rewards?

The Spooky Event Shop sells both Candy-purchased cosmetics and Robux items. Here is the full breakdown:

The Bat Bundle is a limited-time package containing eight cosmetics: the Batblade, Slingshotula, KaramBat, and Batnade weapon skins, plus the Bat Wing Charm, Bat Flock Wrap, Become Bat Finisher, and Take Flight Emote.

How does the Spooky Prize Wheel work?

The Spooky Prize Wheel is new for 2026. You receive one free spin per day through your Event Tasks, and additional spins can be purchased for 25 Robux each. The headline reward is the Spider Crossbow, a legendary crossbow skin with a reported 1% drop chance. The Red Moon wrap is also in the wheel pool.

At 1%, you would need roughly 100 spins on average to pull the Spider Crossbow. The 21 free spins you earn over the full event give you approximately a 19% chance of landing at least one, assuming each spin is independent. Decide what you are willing to spend before buying wheels in bulk, because the odds are not in your favor on a tight budget.

How do you beat Gargoyle Tower?

Gargoyle Tower is the headline new mode added in Update 24. You access it from the Spooky Event Menu or by heading down the corridor to the right of the lobby and interacting with the gargoyle statue near the SenseiWarrior NPC. The goal is to fight through multiple floors of enemies and escape on the helicopter at the top.

Gargoyle Tower rewards

Completion conditionReward
Escape (dead or alive)Gargoyle Head Charm
Escape aliveConduction Wrap
Escape alive, soloTowerstone Wildcat Skin

The Towerstone Wildcat skin is the reward most players are chasing. It is only available as a solo-clear reward, meaning squad runs will not unlock it regardless of how well you perform.

Which weapons should you pick in Gargoyle Tower?

You do not bring your own loadout into the tower. Everyone starts with basic weapons (the Handgun, Revolver, Shorty, Fists, and a Grenade), and defeated enemies can drop a weapon selection that lets you pick from three options. Drops can also include ammo, a 50 HP heal, and a team revive.

The community consensus for weapon priority is: Grenade Launcher first, then RPG, then Distortion. The reasoning holds up under pressure:

  • Splash damage hits multiple enemies in a single shot, which matters a lot when waves push multiple enemies at once.
  • Knockback from explosions keeps enemies separated and buys you space to reposition.
  • The RPG doubles as a mobility tool. Players use rocket-jumping to escape surrounded situations and reach health or ammo drops across the room.

On early floors, a Sniper can thin out basic enemies before they close the distance. Save your explosives for crowded rooms and later floors. After beating the Gargoyle King at what seems like the summit, the tower continues with gargoyles attacking from range, so carry more ammo than you think you need and pick up every medkit along the way.

Update 24 also buffed the Grenade Launcher significantly (see the weapons section below), which makes it an even stronger pick when it appears in a drop.

What changed in Zombie Tower for 2026?

Zombie Tower returns from last year's Halloween event almost completely unchanged. The developers stated in the Update 24 patch notes that they wanted to keep it "as authentic and original as possible". The actual changes are minimal:

  • The solo reward is now the Towerstone Fists skin (new for 2026).
  • Weapon drops now require a proximity prompt to pick up, so accidental grabs no longer happen.
  • If you fall behind your group, a single Grim Reaper spawns to eliminate stragglers. This replaces the old mechanic that sent 50 Reapers after you.
  • Chombie spawn locations have been adjusted.

Completion conditionReward
Escape (dead or alive)Chombie Head Charm
Escape aliveZombie Wrap
Escape alive, soloTowerstone Fists Skin

Zombie Tower has 17 floors and supports teams of up to 4 players. The final floor is the Giant Chombie boss. Solo runs are significantly harder because the team-revive drop does not appear in solo mode at all. Floors 12 and 13 are where most solo attempts end. Play slowly, clear each floor completely before advancing, and save explosives for the later crowded rooms.

What weapons were buffed in Update 24?

Every balance change in Update 24 is a buff. These are the official numbers from the patch notes:

WeaponChange
Grenade LauncherDamage 40 to 45, crit 80 to 90, projectile speed 90 to 100 studs/s, hitbox 0.75 to 0.85 studs, reload 3.2s to 2.5s
RevolverQuick Shot spread 10° to 7°
ShortyDamage 7.5x10 to 8x10, crit 11.25x10 to 12x10
SpearEquip cooldown 1.25s to 0.6s, throw damage 25 to 30, crit throw 50 to 60, throw radius 0 to 0.5 studs
WarpstoneHitbox 4 to 0.25 studs

The Grenade Launcher gets the most significant upgrade: reload time drops by roughly 22% and damage increases by 12.5%. It is worth re-testing in standard duels now. The Spear is also worth revisiting since its equip cooldown is now less than half of what it was, making quick-swap throws a realistic option in actual matches.

How should you plan the three weeks?

With 21 days and a hard end date, a loose schedule helps more than raw grinding:

  • Days 1 to 3: Run Gargoyle Tower and Zombie Tower with a squad. You learn the layouts while servers are busy and lock in both charms and both wraps with less pressure.
  • Every day: Daily Tasks, then Event Tasks, then burn through the 200-Candy Rush window, then claim your free Prize Wheel spin. Keep sessions short and consistent.
  • Week 2: Attempt solo runs for the Towerstone Wildcat and Towerstone Fists skins. Prioritize Grenade Launcher and RPG drops.
  • By November 6: Spend all remaining Candy. The event closes at the start of November 7 Eastern time and nothing carries over.
