<p>If you are coming over from traditional gaming, The Treeverse draws comparisons to the likes of Genshin Impact, with its own unique art style, visually pleasing characters, exotic world, and lurking threats around every corner. The Treeverse was publicly announced to be in development by Endless Clouds, led by the NFT icon Loopify, since December 2021. The game offers a&nbsp;top-down open-world classless MMORPG built for mobile with social features and an emphasis on cooperative gameplay.</p>
<p>This was apparent and heavily present within the game's gameplay trailer as you can see groups of four characters walking around the world trying to take down bosses and powerful enemies. The Treeverse takes place in the Arboros continent, specifically within&nbsp;the city of Elderwall that is protected by the World Tree.</p>

<p>As mentioned by Loopify during our exclusive interview, the game adopts a classless approach which directly connects with your character's knowledge tree system. This allows players to freely forge their own path in The Treeverse and attract different kinds of players to give them a role in this evergrowing world. You can be a casual gamer who just wants to mine rocks and cut down trees, and you would still be an active piece within the game's larger universe.<br></p>
<h2>Game Lore</h2>
<p>In Arboros, life revolves around the World Tree, whose magic once sustained all things. As corruption spread, the world fractured. The city of Lorwick serves as a safe haven at the Tree’s root, protecting survivors while explorers push outwards into unknown lands.</p>

<p>Progression in Treeverse is completely classless, allowing players to shape their own identity through a flexible Knowledge Tree system. Whether someone prefers combat, gathering, or crafting, they can freely build and adjust their playstyle over time. Progression is tied to player accounts rather than devices, so gameplay remains seamless whether switching from phone to PC. <p>Treeverse also features rotating Seasons that introduce new content, challenges, and leaderboard rewards. Season 1, which ran from April 27 to May 18, 2025, encouraged players to compete in quests, dungeons, and skilling activities to earn points. Top performers received rewards such as $END tokens and exclusive NFTs. These seasonal events keep the experience fresh, giving both casual and competitive players new goals to pursue as the world of Arboros continues to grow.</p>
<h2>NFTs and Blockchain</h2>
<p>Treeverse integrates blockchain in a way that adds value without being a requirement to play. Its ecosystem runs on $END, an ERC20 token used for cosmetics, events, in-game features, and player rewards. The token launched in mid-2025 and operates on Ethereum, with future plans to expand through a zkEVM bridge for better scalability and smoother transactions.</p>
<p>The game features several NFT collections including Timeless Avatars, Plots, and NFTrees, which form the base of its player-owned economy. Timeless Avatars act as unique player identities, Plots allow for housing and social spaces, while NFTrees are designed to produce fruits that offer buffs or can be traded.
