Bloodhound has received a major rework in Apex Legends, transforming the Legend from a primarily solo-aggressive tracker into a more team-focused Recon Legend. The most significant change is a brand-new Ultimate that can make Bloodhound and nearby teammates partially invisible, opening up fresh opportunities during fights.

Bloodhound's Passive now provides more information when tracking enemies.
These changes make White Ravens and enemy trails more useful for locating enemies before committing to a fight.

Bloodhound's Tactical continues to scan enemies for 3 seconds.
If the scan hits a White Raven when no enemies are nearby, the Tactical refreshes. This gives Bloodhound another opportunity to gather information and continue tracking before engaging.

The most impactful change in the rework is the new Ultimate, Allfather's Cloak. Bloodhound throws down a device that makes anyone inside its area of effect invisible.

Because teammates can also benefit from the cloak, Bloodhound can now help the entire squad reposition, surprise enemies, and gain a tactical advantage during fights.

Bloodhound's upgrades have also been updated to complement the reworked kit.
Hidden Sight refreshes Bloodhound's Tactical when the Ultimate is activated, allowing for immediate information gathering as the squad cloaks.
Bird's Eye causes White Ravens to split and fly toward the two nearest enemies, making it easier to locate multiple targets at once.
True Predator changes how shooting interacts with the cloak. Rather than fully breaking invisibility, shooting now only disrupts it, allowing Bloodhound to attack while retaining some of the cloak's benefits.
Hunter's Agility makes Bloodhound's Tactical activate faster and reduces its cooldown by 5 seconds, enabling more frequent scanning and information gathering.
The Bloodhound rework shifts the Legend toward a stronger team-based playstyle.
Previously, Bloodhound was commonly used to scan enemies and aggressively push while the Ultimate was active. The new Ultimate gives the entire team an opportunity to reposition and catch enemies off guard, rather than simply fueling one player's aggressive push.
Players can now use Bloodhound to track enemies, gather information, and create opportunities for the whole squad, making the Legend a more versatile and cooperative pick across different team compositions.
