The Blood on Crystal DLC for Atomic Heart ships with 13 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore, and several of them are genuinely easy to miss on a first run. Mundfish designed this expansion to reward thorough exploration, but the layout punishes players who rush through objectives without checking side paths. Miss a single figurine, skip a dialogue option, or walk past the wrong door and you are looking at a full replay. This guide covers every achievement in order, with the missable ones flagged clearly.
What achievements are in Blood on Crystal?
According to TrueAchievements, the DLC contains 13 achievements with an estimated completion time of 4 to 5 hours. The pack has been tracked by 6,763 players, with only 108 (roughly 19%) earning the full set. That completion rate tells you something: this is not a list you stumble through accidentally.

Crystal Platinum requires all 11 figurines in a single playthrough. There is no chapter select to go back and grab missed collectibles, so read the figurine section before starting.
How to get Crystal Platinum (all 11 figurine locations)
This is the achievement that will end most runs early. The figurines are spread across every major section of the DLC, and none of them are marked on any map. Based on the detailed walkthrough from Treyex Gaming, here is where each one sits.
Figures 1 through 5
Figure 1 appears at the very start of the DLC during the opening section. You cannot miss it unless you skip looting entirely.
Figure 2 is in the archive zone. You will reach a moving platform that the level design wants you to jump off. Stay on it instead and ride it all the way to the other side. The figurine sits on a railing at the far end.
Figure 3 shows up during the quarantine bypass objective inside a large red room with four big containers. Head to the far left rather than pushing forward. The figurine is there alongside a loot box.
Figure 4 is in the recreation zone during the Lunch Break mission. Enter the room with the terminal, then walk past it and continue around the perimeter instead of leaving through the exit. The figure waits at the far end.
Figure 5 is also during Lunch Break. Find the café near the first save room, locate the bathroom, and check the second stall. The figurine is sitting on the toilet seat.

Figures 6 through 11
Figure 6 comes during the Sudden Cleanup mission in the first residential area. Help the vacuum cleaner NPC to receive a key for House 2. Clear the enemies inside, go upstairs, and check the desk on the top floor. This is also the same area where you can trigger the Fluffy Easter Egg.
Figure 7 is in the second residential area near the large balloon structure. Go behind it, jump into the water, and swim into the hole marked 5C7. A chest and the figurine are both inside. This location also connects to the Validol's Our Bro achievement.
Figure 8 appears after your conversation with CHAR-les in the elevator. The main objective door will be visible. Do not go through it yet. Move past it and check the right side. The figure sits on top of a box.
Figure 9 is in the Engineered Future section, right after you pass through Garage Door 19. Turn right immediately and look inside a blue container. Just before this section, you can also set up the Terminator's Death achievement by freezing a robot while the platform is moving.
Figure 10 is in the beach room, one of the more distinctive areas in the DLC. Two NPCs are talking near the water. The figurine is placed right next to them.
Figure 11 is the final one, found during the Step by Step mission after inserting the core. Walk to the edge of the balcony and look down. The figurine sits on top of a car below.
Keep a mental checklist as you go. Figures 2, 3, 4, and 5 are the ones most players miss on a first run because they require ignoring the obvious path forward.
How to unlock the missable story achievements
Fluffy Easter Egg and Better Late Than Never
During the Life After Life mission in the first residential sector, look for a trail of cookies and nuts on the floor near a toilet close to Nastya's clone. Follow the trail to a hole where a code is visible. Enter that code on the nearby door, then interact with the toilet to access the hidden room. That gets you Fluffy Easter Egg.
For Better Late Than Never, exit the art gallery section into a combat arena. After clearing the fight, find the locked door nearby. The code is hinted at through a wall drawing and emails on terminals in the area. Enter the correct code, go inside, and pick up the dolphin item from the table.

How to complete Validol's mission peacefully
This is the one achievement where your dialogue choices matter. After meeting Validol, you encounter three depressed crystal humans. Do not attack them. Talk to each one and select options that let other characters speak rather than escalating. According to the Treyex Gaming guide, the safe sequence is:
- First response: Let Nastya speak
- Second response: Let Nastya speak
- Third response: Let Nora speak
Enemies that attack you during this section can still be killed without voiding the achievement. Only the dialogue with the three crystal humans is tracked.
Secret Meeting
During the Making Contact objective, after Nastya opens a door, you enter a large blue room with a destroyed save room nearby. The steps here are specific:
- Return to the door you entered from
- Use the terminal and accept both prompts
- Go back to the blue room
- Head to the far-left side and enter Door 3
- Pick up the key from the table
- Unlock the required door
Stepping inside triggers the achievement.
Do not skip the terminal step. Players who go straight for Door 3 without using the terminal first report that the sequence breaks.
How to get the combat and death achievements
Terminator's Death requires using an industrial press to destroy robots. The setup opportunity comes in the Engineered Future section just before Garage Door 19. Freeze a robot while the platform is moving so it ends up under the press.
Final Burn-down asks you to destroy every infected plant on the submarine. This is area-specific and easy to miss if you rush the submarine section without checking corners.
Let's Shake on It! is earned by defeating the RACCOON boss. This is a story boss, so you will get it naturally.
Marco... Polo! is a death achievement. At the Wave location, fall into the water and let the Moray Eels kill you. It is one of the more entertaining ways to die in the DLC.
Clean in Two and Farewell, Old Friend come from defeating the Second Twin and CHAR-les respectively. Both are story encounters.

RACCOON boss fight arena
The story achievements (This Is the End, For Chief's a Jolly Good Fellow, Farewell, Old Friend, Clean in Two, Let's Shake on It!) cannot be missed as long as you finish the DLC. Focus your attention on the collectibles and dialogue-based achievements first.
Planning your run
With 13 achievements and a 4 to 5 hour completion window according to TrueAchievements, a single focused playthrough is enough to get everything if you follow this guide from the start. The 19% completion rate on the platform suggests most players either miss a figurine or fail the Validol dialogue without realizing it.
The safest approach is to treat Crystal Platinum as your primary objective and let everything else fall in around it. The figurine route naturally takes you through the same areas where the secret rooms and missable interactions live.
