Story Pack 1, Mad Ellie & The Vault Of The Damned, drops 18 new legendary items and 3 Pearlescents into the loot pool. Every single one of them comes from a named boss, and every boss has a fixed zone location. There is no guessing, no random world drop praying required. You just need to know where to go and who to kill.

What legendaries are in Mad Ellie Story Pack 1?

The DLC adds 21 total items worth farming: 18 legendaries and 3 Pearlescents. According to the drop table compiled by EpicNNG on Mobalytics, each item is tied to a specific boss encounter, and those bosses spawn in named zones across the DLC's map. There are 8 distinct boss sources in total, covering everything from early-zone encounters to the final Vault Of The Damned itself.

Where do you find all boss drops?

Below is the complete drop table based on Mobalytics source data. Each boss has a dedicated item pool, so if you are hunting a specific weapon or mod, you only need to farm that one encounter.

Which bosses should you farm first?

If you are working through the DLC for the first time, Corporal Brennan in Trans-Lunar Intactment is an early encounter and a reasonable warm-up farm. The Laser-Cutter and Bismuth-Tipped Dagger are both accessible without finishing the story.

For endgame farming, Captain Willis in the Vault Of The Damned is the priority target. Three drops including Reminisce, Heimdahl, and Crow-Sourced make Willis one of the most loot-dense bosses in the pack. After testing the Vault Of The Damned encounter multiple times, the fight is repeatable and the zone loads quickly, which matters when you are doing extended farm sessions.

Crazed Earl in Bloodstained Hollowe also deserves attention. Three dedicated drops including a self-named Crazed Earl weapon make this one of the more rewarding stops in the DLC.

How do you farm Nightmare Rift bosses efficiently?

The Nightmare Rifts function as a shared drop pool for four weapons and all 5 new DLC Class Mods. That makes them the single best location in Story Pack 1 if you need class mod upgrades for C4SH or any other Vault Hunter.

The four weapons available from Nightmare Rift bosses are Kor, Fearstalker, Falke, and Ichor. Since all Nightmare Rift bosses contribute to the same pool, you do not need to track which specific rift boss drops which specific item. Run the rifts, collect loot, repeat.
