The Restarting the Elixir Factory quest in Crimson Desert hits right after you take down the giant spider in Arboria Castle, and it immediately pivots from combat to something Kliff is decidedly less qualified for: running industrial machinery. The factory has seven distinct systems to activate in sequence, and if you skip a step or hit the mixing ratio wrong, the whole thing stalls. Here's exactly how to get through it without wasting time.
How do you activate the Cultivation Room Control Unit?
Stand in front of the metal tube and hold L1 to aim at it. On the bottom right of the tube, there's a wooden square with a yellow circle. Press Triangle to kick it, which pops a lever out. Push the lever all the way left using the Left Stick to open the hatch below. Drop down the ladder into the room and pull the handle with Square to complete this step.

If the hatch doesn't respond, make sure you've pushed the lever fully to the left, not just partially. A halfway push won't trigger the hatch.

How do you activate the Ingredient Dispenser?
Climb back up the ladder. Just to the right of the wooden square you kicked earlier is another handle. Grab it with Square and turn it left using the D-Pad until a lever springs up above it. Climb to that lever and pull it so it faces right, which starts the conveyor belt moving.
How do you activate the Washer and Crusher?
Behind the conveyor lever is a handwheel. Grab it with Square and turn it left on the D-Pad to switch on the Washer. Follow the conveyor belt toward the middle of the factory, then use Jump + Force Palm to triple-jump up to the platform above. You'll find the Crusher Handwheel up there. Turn it right on the D-Pad until the crusher kicks in.

The triple-jump timing here is the most awkward movement in the whole quest. If you're missing the platform, try positioning closer to the center before jumping rather than running at it from the side.
How do you activate the Lift and Dosing Pump?
Follow the conveyor belt to the right until you spot a hatch on the back of the metal wall. Examine it to open it, then press the button inside. Directly opposite the lift is the Dosing Pump, a large button you activate simply by walking into it with the Left Stick.
What's the correct mixing ratio for the Perfect Elixir?
This is where most players get tripped up. There are two handwheels on the control panel:
Set the Yellow Handwheel to position 4 (top line) and the Red Handwheel to position 1 (bottom line). This combination produces the yellow mixture, which is the Perfect Elixir. If the liquid comes out a different color, the ratios are off and you'll need to readjust before proceeding.
According to walkthroughs published by both Game Rant and bo3.gg, the yellow regulator must be at maximum and the red at minimum. Both sources agree on this, so treat it as confirmed.

Some players receive an in-game prompt to "activate the heater" before "adjusting the mixing ratio." Ignore that sequence. Set the mixing ratio first as described above, then move on to the Heater step.
How do you activate the Heater?
Spot the oil barrels sitting opposite the Heater and pick one up with Square. Carry it to the Heater, hold L1 and press X to place the barrel inside, then use Force Palm (R3) to push it fully into position. A handle will drop down. Grab it with Square and hold Triangle to fire up the Heater.
How do you activate the Bottling Factory and finish the quest?
Head behind the Bottling Factory, which sits to the right of the Heater. There's a lever back there. Interact with it, then wait a few minutes. The elixirs will begin flowing through the system and the quest will complete automatically once production starts.
