Unlock it by completing the Senegal set inside the Journey of Nations: Africa objective, then spend 2,000 Season Tokens in the store to activate it. What you get in return is a five-level upgrade chain that turns a solid LW into a genuinely elite wide attacker with stats pushing into the mid-to-high 90s.
Before slotting a card in, make sure it clears every eligibility check. The restrictions are specific enough that not every LW in your club will qualify.
The PlayStyle+ cap of 3 is the one that catches people out most often. High-rated promo cards frequently come stacked with 4 or more PlayStyle+ already, which locks them out immediately. Check that number first before anything else.
